We had a delightful time in Salt Lake City. The condo was marvelous and perfect for our group. We walked to downtown to see the lights and eat dinner. The other nights we stayed in for dinner and felt right at home. Loved the decor and excellent design of the place! -Jamison B

Had a fantastic time at your place in the Avenues. We went skiing every day for a week and loved coming back to a private and cozy condo. Very much enjoyed the location and proximity to downtown. Thanks for everything!

Air conditioner was not adequate for the condo, would only cool main room, double fan available to use, but only one side works, upon installing, found that the windows are being held up with wood pieces and a wooden spoon. Smell coming from garbage disposal greeted us upon entering, washer and dryer previously listed in the past VBRO ad were not hooked up. Futon was dirty in the crack, linens were stained and ripped. Wifi not working, owner left less than a half a roll of toilet paper for a family of four the first day, and used bar soap and shampoo in the sink and shower. Very unsatisfied, thought we were saving money by cooking our meals at the condo, but we were unable to because it was so hot there. Put in a load of laundry ,with soap, only to find out the existing plug is inadequate, owner did offer to bring over an adapter. In addition, the owner was not nice to deal with, felt that we were over reacting. Got out as fast as we could.
Owner response:Very unfortunate that you didnt have a better time in SLC Vast Traveler.

We stayed in the condo just before Memorial Day 2010 -- very cute, comfortable accommodations for a family with a small child. The Avenues is a great neighborhood -- just outside downtown proper, but very close to everything and on a major bus route. Be sure to check out Two Creek Coffeehouse down 3rd Ave. and Hatch Family Chocolates on 4th Ave! Owner and property manager were both very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

VRBO is great, I was in SLC for the busiest week of the year and would have had to pay way to much for a hotel. I found this Appt on the website and it was magic. Went to Wal Mat and got a $75 bike to run around town with. Cheaper then a cab. And it was all with money I saved not staying at a hotel. The Appt, was clean and comfy. TV only got 3 spanish channels, but did have a dvd player. I would stay there again!

I had a great time in SLC at this charming condo in August. It was clean and comfortable and very close to the Convention Center (1 mile). I walked most places and really enjoyed the Avenues area and it's charm. Would love to visit again!
