GREAT HOME FOR AN AMAZING WEDDING!!!

Guest: Chrissy & Scott (St Pete Beach)
Date of Stay: 11/11/11 Review Submitted: 11/15/11

Attended the most amazing wedding at this gorgeous home in Pass-a-grille…WOW!!! It was absolutely incredible to say the least and the ambiance of the home was out of this world. It was a home full of love, friends & family and everyone was comfortable. The home is spacious and impeccably designed. There is high-end furniture throughout and the most comfortable seating to enjoy a star filled evening. The landscape gives you privacy on both sides with lush tropical palms and sheers that drape the upper balcony making it VERY romantic. There is lounge seating all around the heated Jacuzzi-pool and a great dock for sunbathing or fishing (of course the gorgeous bride came by boat and the dock was lined with a red carpet as she met her husband to be.) It is the perfect home to relax & enjoy your life. The kitchen is open and stylish, great for entertaining or having your event catered. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are all over-sized rooms too. If you need a place to get away – this is your paradise. Its one block away from the beach, with great restaurants, and a quaint lil market called “Shaner’s” which offers great wine, steaks and seafood so you never have to leave PAG. The bride and groom couldn’t be happier with home and their lovely wedding. They made it all inclusive by having the wedding, reception and honeymoon under one SPECTACULAR roof. One word...WONDERFUL!!!

Just beautiful and amazing!

You will be so pleasantly surprised when you walk through the front doors of this stunning home. Not only is it tastefully designed and decorated, but the beds and mattresses are absolutely wonderful in all of the rooms. We were there with our 4 young adult children.Everyone felt they had a great room! The kitchen is well stocked for those who love to cook. We usually stay with family when we come to St. Pete, but this time we wanted our own space and beds.We had cable TV and internet access was easy. The water view was spectacular, especially while enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony. There is a little mart across the street to pick up forgotten essentials, food and snacks. None of us wanted to leave the house! Donna was amazing and available to answer all of our questions. We would definitely return.

Amazing Vacation Paradise

Guest: mark (midlothian, VA USA)
Date of Stay: 10/30/09 Review Submitted: 05/03/11

My family has stayed in this home several times and ask to come back regularly. We have gone out of our way to find reasons to go to Tampa because of this house. Just one block from the beach with a great dock behind the house and a heated salt water pool. You can tell that the owners spared no expense on making sure that the home was built well and is maintained immaculately. My kids call it the tree house because it is landscaped with beautiful palm trees which provides extra privacy and shade. We look forward to staying again sometime soon. You will love the house.

Heavenly vacation home

Guest: doclisaj (Chicago)
Date of Stay: 11/23/10 Review Submitted: 11/28/10

This house was actually more beautiful than the pictures depict. It is bright, airy, beautifully decorated with tons of comfortable reading and napping spots. The location is perfect, quiet, yet within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. The house was cleaned and maintained when we arrived. Donna was very helpful with answering our questions and giving us some tips on the area. We easily could have brought another family with us, plenty of room. I strongly recommend it particularly for multi-generational family travel. We loved the little seafood restaurant on the corner just south of the property.

Great Stay Pass a Grille Charm

Guest: Ken and Liz (Media Pa)
Date of Stay: 11/06/10 Review Submitted: 11/12/10

The pics do not do the house justice. My wife and I stayed with our 5 kids. Plenty of space and privacy. The area is great, safe, restaurants nearby try the sea critters(best grouper-) Beach one block away.. My wife and I jogged every morning along the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Fished outside on the dock, caught everything from flounder to red snapper and grouper. The intracoastal view is amazing, saw some dolphins as well. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed it. The owner Donna will help you with any questions you may have.

Wedding Week Vacation

Guest: nicks gigi (Moyock)
Date of Stay: 04/08/10 Review Submitted: 05/07/10

When I found this home on my Vacation Rental search of the St. Pete Beach area, I knew I had found something special! There were ten of us that spent a glorious week in this fabulous mini-mansion, as I soon came to call this home! Our reason for coming to the area was to attend our son's wedding at the historic Don Ce Sar hotel which is located just a few blocks from 2105 Pass-a-Grille Way. We had many guests in and out of the house during the week and everyone had wonderful comments about our choice of rentals. We found the house to be absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and has everything that you could possibly want or need on a vacation. The spa pool was beautiful as was the entire waterfront setting. We enjoyed sitting out on the balconies and on the pier watching the boats go by and also spotting the dolphins playing in the water, right in front of us! The kitchen is a chef's dream with every possibly convenience that you could ever think of needing. The blue tile back splash catches your eye as you enter the kitchen along with the stainless steel appliances. We loved the wrap around kitchen counter-bar too. It was our favorite gathering place. The master bedroom suite was romantically decorated. The huge walk-in closet was a real plus and the bathroom was very spacious. Three bathrooms had walk-in tiled showers. There were also 3 other comfortable bedrooms. The fourth floor featured a wet bar and entrance to the roof with a lovely view of the gulf and the ocean and it was a nice area for entertaining. Everyone loved the spiral staircase to that floor! The rooms were all decorated extremely well and the house was spotless. The washer and dryer came in handy for beach towels and having internet access was great! We had room to park four cars in the driveway but if more space is needed, there is parking available just one house away. Another nice thing about this house is that it is within walking distance of several nice restaurants that we enjoyed and it is also within walking distance of the beach. While it is located on busy Pass a Grille Way, we never noticed street noise from inside the home. I would highly recommend this home as a wonderful place to spend your vacation but be warned: it will be hard to leave such a beautiful home and location!

girl's get away

Guest: passagrillegirls (wakefield)
Date of Stay: 07/11/09 Review Submitted: 04/18/10

I visited the Beach House in the summer of 2009, a group of 10 women friends getting away together for a week. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this house was going to be great. We did walk over to the gulf beach each day to swim in the ocean or walk the beach, but the majority of time we spent at the house in the outside area on the canal. The view is spectacular from sunrise to sunset, and the comings and goings of wildlife, both aquatic and airborne was a constant source of entertainment. The pool kept us cooled off and the comfortable outdoor furnishings allowed for many a nap in the afternoons. The house itself is beautifully furnished and equipped, and easily accommodated our party of ten. We have already planned out next visit.

Everything and More

Guest: debes312 (Glenview)
Date of Stay: 10/10/09 Review Submitted: 01/25/10

We rented this house for a week with our family and my brother's family. It was incredible. The layout is perfect for multiple families who want to spend time together, yet also want privacy and room to relax on their own. The pool was the perfect size for out four young children. They were in it all the time. When they weren't swimming, they were investigating the sea animals that my brother caught off the deck in the back, by throwing a big net into the water and seeing what he "caught". We fished off the dock at night, with it lit up from beneath the water. We also rented a boat a few days and took mini cruises to Shell Island (a MUST visit). The house is a block from the beach, and Pass A Grille is the best beach near St. Pete Beach and the other beaches. It's clean, somewhat private and has beautiful sand and shells. There is a little market called Shaner's, located steps away, which sells fresh seafood, meat, and marinated skewers and stuff. Really good food for grilling out in the evenings. We didn't venture into St. Pete Beach much, as that felt more touristy. We stayed "local", sticking to the bars and restaurants on Pass a Grille. We'd recommend this house to anyone. It's perfect for large gatherings, yet also suited us just well, with our small families. The decor and furniture were high quality, and the balconies looking over the intercoastal were an unexpected treat.
