  We all visited in May and had a large group with kids. It was our first time in Puerto Rico, which made us nervous. But it started out with this great rental location. It is what is described online – if not, even more. It was closer to the ocean shores then we thought. There were a number of shops to meet all our needs in walking distance. This was a fantastic place to stay at while on our vacation. All 12 of us would rent this location from Adam again. An addition to the rental location, Adam was a great guy to work with. He was professional and extremely helpful. Reasonable rates for such a fantastic place! Thanks Adam! We hope to see you again in the future. Georgia and Wisconsin guests

  I must say this property location was excellent close to the beach as indicated and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenient stores nearby. The location is safe are there is plenty of parking on the side roads. We were a party of 9. It's right near the highway so you can get to Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado and the airport within 15 minutes. . I would definitely recommend this place for those traveling to Puerto Rico and looking to be closer to the locals

  We had a large group of 14 people so not only did we receive a discount but had three villas provided. All villas are located walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars so really there isn't much need for transportation unless you have something specifically in mind. Can't beat the price, location, and all the amenities! I definitely recommend it! Also, the owner was completely accessible to all our questions and comments. He also gave great tips on where to go. We will be returning.

  We had a great stay at the house and had no problems during our vacation. Air conditioner worked very well and kept us cool after a long day in the sun. The owner was easy to reach and helped us a lot. We had a great time, especially with the beach one minute away from the house!!! Wouldn't mind going back there and staying at the house again.

  Awesome place! We had a huge group of 10 staying in the house and 2 in the adjoining apartment-everyone loved it and Adam made sure we had everything we needed! Above and beyond our expectations, couldn't have asked for anything more and the proximity to the beach and great cafés, stores and bars is great! Adam gave us details and recommendations for how to find whatever tickled our fancy and the best way to get around in the area. I would definitely enjoy working with Adam in the future and highly recommend him to anyone!

  We rented this location for eight days for a friend's birthday. It was a great trip. Adam was easy to work with and the location was perfect, clean, and spacious. It's a one minute walk to the beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's a close walk to a supermarket, a terrific bakery (Kasalta) and other services. It's a 15 min. taxi from the airport and you can be in Old San Juan in about 15 as well. We enjoyed ziplining in the rainforest, kayaking in the bioluminescent bay, walking and drinking in Old San Juan and renting scooters from the place across from the Marriott (about a mile from the house). We'll do it again and rent from Adam!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  We rented the entire house and had a lovely time. The house was very clean and spacious and made our family vacation feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood is very convenient and there are lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the beach really was right up the block and we enjoyed spending early mornings, late nights and entire days there.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  We were a bit aprehensive about renting a home at first...we are a group of collegues and wanted to stay-on for a few days after our convention. The idea however of checking-out of our hotel and all of us staying together just seemed like it might be a little akward! I could not have been more wrong. Our experience was amazing. We all bonded like never before. Your home was perfect. I originally thought that we were not going to do any cooking but your suggestion about the whole food organic market was fantastic. We cooked some great local food (the kitchen was perfect) and really enjoyed just kicking back. After a week of beaching it, we all felt like real Boriquas (locals). Thanks for an amazing vaction. You were really helpful and will tell all our friends at work about your beautiful home. K

Cancellation policy:

RENTAL FEE – a 50% deposit is required with this signed agreement. The remainder is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT*: To secure reservation a security deposit is required. The security deposit must be received with signed Rental Agreement in order to secure reservations. Security deposits will be refunded within twenty-one (21) working days of departure if guest(s) have caused no damage or violated any policies. All security deposits will be returned to the address specified by the guest on this agreement or to credit card if paid by such means. CHECK-IN POLICY: Check-In time is 4 PM. Guest must coordinated check-in with management in advance. Management assumes no responsibility for being available after 9 pm. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no show. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Check-Out is at 10 AM. Guest(s) shall leave premises in neat condition, dishes washed, trash removed, and all furniture in its original location. Doors/windows must be shut and/or locked. If apartment must be re-keyed in the event that keys are lost, misplaced, or non-returned then Guest(s) will be responsible for cost incurred.
