Stayed for 3 nites. Home is exactly as pictured in the ad. Close to all things Palm Beach. Quiet gated community. House is ample for large family.Clean, Uncluttered, loved the pool table, ping pong table. Iya was on top of everything.. Would recommend and definitely return...Thanks We had a blast..

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Iya, We found your home simply amazing! We had everything we needed from the comfortable bedrooms, fabulous kitchen, the amazing patio area which included a grill. The location was central to all the West Palm area. We were also close to Boca Raton so we enjoyed the Red Reef! I have six children and everyone was very pleased in our choice to stay in your house. The house is beautiful and big. It has everything you could need for a perfect vacation. The neighborhood is very safe with large beautiful houses in it. The lake that the house sits on is so pretty. You even get to watch people jet skiing annd tubing on it. Iya was wonderful to deal with answering any questions very quickly. The pool is heated there were floats and noodles to use. The only down side is that the house is 1/2 hr to the beach. We had a great stay

Beautiful Florida Escape!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Florida home for a week. The pool and area was perfect! We truly enjoyed the gourmet kitchen as well as pool-side cooking. The rooms were large and comfortable. The subdivision was perfect for walking, and we felt very secure in this gated community. We will definitely be back to stay for another vacation here in the future. Thank you Iya, for everything!

We rented this house a couple of times and we had an excellent time. Unfortunately, we were unpleasantly surprised when we had asked to book our 3 rd vacation in this home for Feb 2013 and found out in July 2012 that the place had already been booked. The agent had emailed us in March 2012 telling us that our dates for Feb 2013 had been pencilled in. Very unreliable and won't be booking there again.

Owner response: Hi Avgy, sorry you are disappointed, but if you want to book a house, you follow up on it, and book it right away. Not all of a sudden remember about it, and decide to do it month or two later.

Hi Iya, Let me start with an OMG!!!!!..I absolutely loved the house. I Felt like i was a millionaire for a week, Wonderful view,pool,kitchen.bedrooms and pool house. It was such a good stay. Hi, As promised, here is a renter's review. We just completed an 18 day stay at this property. The house is large, roomy, and beautiful. Has all the amenities one could ask for. In a great, gated, private community. Close to everything, yet you feel that you are living on a private estate. A home run! Jack

Iya, This house was move in ready when we arrived. It was very clean and in a beautiful gated community. We were very pleased with the quality of the property, ease of access to the local areas and information on the local area to give us some idea of where we could go and what we could do. Thank you for the lovely home. It was everything we were hoping for and more. The beds were very comfortable, the decor was beautiful and clean, and you were very helpful and responsive.

My family and I stayed over the Memorial Day Weekend. The home was lovely. The only complaint I have is to work on getting hot water. We had luke warm water, but it was hot outside, so we had not big complaints. I would stay again.

Iya - Our West Palm Beach vacation was great.....thank you so much! Checking into the house was so easy. When we got there, it was so clean and nicely appointed. All of the beds were so comfortable, we even sneaked a peek at the kind of mattresses they were!! The bathrooms were gorgeous! Loved the big kitchen and huge BBQ grill outside. There were plenty of comfy places to sit on the porch around the pool too - what a great place!

hi Iya here is some feedback for you Thanks Iya for renting your lovely house for us. Everything was clean and comfort. Especially our kids (and us too) loved the pool area. Hi Iya, I just wanted to let you know that we absolutely LOVED our vacation. It was complete paradise! The house is a dream come true. I loved cooking in that beautiful gourmet kitchen. We were looking for a place that the kids could enjoy themselves and we could relax and rest, well your house couldn't be more perfect. We didn't want to leave-especially the kids. Hi Iya, We really enjoyed our stay at your home in West Palm Beach. The kids loved the pool and playing tennis at the courts down the street. It was nice to be close to so many fabulous golf courses and Whole Foods was right up the street. We went fishing in the ocean and caught several fish that we bbq back at the house! Thanks again Iya. Hi Iya, My family and I have had a wonderful!! Time. my 6 year old daughter caught 5 fish in one day . ( we put them back in the lake) she was so excited . and my husband loved the golf courses and I loved the fabulous kitchen I love to cook . ( I want that stove) We will defiantly be back in the summer for 2 weeks.
