The house is beautiful and big. It has everything you could need for a perfect vacation. The neighborhood is very safe with large beautiful houses in it. The lake that the house sits on is so pretty. You even get to watch people jet skiing annd tubing on it. Iya was wonderful to deal with answering any questions very quickly. The pool is heated there were floats and noodles to use. The only down side is that the house is 1/2 hr to the beach. We had a great stay

Beautiful Florida Escape!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Florida home for a week. The pool and area was perfect! We truly enjoyed the gourmet kitchen as well as pool-side cooking. The rooms were large and comfortable. The subdivision was perfect for walking, and we felt very secure in this gated community. We will definitely be back to stay for another vacation here in the future. Thank you Iya, for everything!

Hi Iya, Let me start with an OMG!!!!!..I absolutely loved the house. I Felt like i was a millionaire for a week, Wonderful view,pool,kitchen.bedrooms and pool house. It was such a good stay. Hi, As promised, here is a renter's review. We just completed an 18 day stay at this property. The house is large, roomy, and beautiful. Has all the amenities one could ask for. In a great, gated, private community. Close to everything, yet you feel that you are living on a private estate. A home run! Jack

My family and I stayed over the Memorial Day Weekend. The home was lovely. The only complaint I have is to work on getting hot water. We had luke warm water, but it was hot outside, so we had not big complaints. I would stay again.

Iya - Our West Palm Beach vacation was great.....thank you so much! Checking into the house was so easy. When we got there, it was so clean and nicely appointed. All of the beds were so comfortable, we even sneaked a peek at the kind of mattresses they were!! The bathrooms were gorgeous! Loved the big kitchen and huge BBQ grill outside. There were plenty of comfy places to sit on the porch around the pool too - what a great place!

Hi Iya, We really enjoyed our stay at your home in West Palm Beach. The kids loved the pool and playing tennis at the courts down the street. It was nice to be close to so many fabulous golf courses and Whole Foods was right up the street. We went fishing in the ocean and caught several fish that we bbq back at the house! Thanks again Iya. Hi Iya, My family and I have had a wonderful!! Time. my 6 year old daughter caught 5 fish in one day . ( we put them back in the lake) she was so excited . and my husband loved the golf courses and I loved the fabulous kitchen I love to cook . ( I want that stove) We will defiantly be back in the summer for 2 weeks.
