We rented this house during March break 2012. Setting things up went smoothly, and the rental company was easy to deal with. We paid extra to have the pool heated. We arrived late on a Saturday night. Getting into the house was spelled out and very easy. The pool was warmer than bath water! The house was clean. We did have a few ants, but a quick phone call and it was promptly dealt with. The house could comfortably sleep 6, and we did note cots but didn't use them. The only thing I felt negative was that we had to drive at least 10 minutes to get to a main street, and another 5-10 minutes to the interstate/highway. So I just felt it was a bit of a drive to get everywhere. The neighbourhood was quiet and everything was clean. There was everything in the house we needed for the week (dishes etc.) and plenty of towels for us to use. We might not return, but only because of the amount of driving we had to do.... but this is more of a reflection on us than the location of the house. We have to commute for work all the time, so we didn't want to do it on vacation. You can feel secure renting this property, that you are getting what you pay for. Not sure you need to heat the pool.

Multi-Generational Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. We were looking for a quiet/relaxing location close to the theme parks, and this well maintained property fit the bill perfectly. Vacationing in February, we definitely benefited from having the pool heated. The youngest traveler in our group was 5 and with the heated pool, she was able to enjoy it every day (one morning we awoke to 35 degrees). We found the short drive to the theme parks well worth the peaceful and safe neighborhood. We did cook when we felt like it - which was a nice change from eating out every evening, but we found plenty of good restaurants within a very short drive. The location is great for day trips to the Atlantic coast or the any of the attractions in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Disney Trip with Friends

I organized a travel with some friends to go to Disney / Universal and this house made our trip 100 times more epic. when we arrived, everything was how it was supposed to be. The house itself is really big and spacious, we were 6 people in it and we felt like living in a mansion. We had a wonderful time and the price was just awesome, totally affordable. It was like half an hour from almost every park you'd want to go, and it also had a Publix supermarket 10 minutes away. It's really quiet and it feels safe to be there. Also, you'd have to have a car to travel easily to everywhere of course. I highly recommend this house to any type of family / group that wishes to go there and have an awesome time. This is a well maintained home, was just as described on the website. We paid a little extra for the pool heat which was worth it for the kids. It's a easy drive to the theme parks, 15-20 minutes or so. Quick and easy booking and communication was good. Plenty of stores close by. To me it is a much better deal than a hotel plus you can eat some meals at home. Thank you.

I agree with previous reviewer the home was farther from Disney World than expected. We had several issues with the home which were all taken care of by Michelle @ Behlor Realty. Next time we visit Orlando I would stay closed to Disney then have the 20+ minute drive to Disney and longer drive to Universal.

My family and I enjoyed the home very much. The drive to Disney took a few more minutes then I thought, but the kids didn't seem to mind at all. The home was very clean and the pool was excellent. While we were there, the pool had a little difficulty with the heater and Michelle had someone out right away, Michelle really works well with you to accomodate. Our entire family will definetly rent again when we visit the orlando area in a few years! Thank you

Great vacation rental. The property was clean and well maintained with lots of room for the whole family. Located in a quiet community only twenty minutes from Disney. Well worth it would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay while on vacation in the Kissimmee area.

I would highly recommend staying at this home. There were eight of us who stayed in this home. We had plenty of room. This house is very nice and well kept. The master bedroom is big with a walk in closet and a master bathroom. The pool area is nice as well and has lounge chairs and table. Michelle, who I dealt with, is absolutely wonderful to work with.

I would highly recommend staying at this home!!!! It's very nice, clean and well kept. The master bedroom is very big with a walk in closet and a master bathroom. The pool area is nice as well and has some lounging chairs and table. There's also a grill, which is a big plus. We stayed there with three young children. There is an alarm when you open the door to the pool, which is a great security especially if you're staying with younger kids. Michelle, who I dealt with, is absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very accomodating. The check out at this home is normally 11am. She allowed us to stay till 3pm since nobody was checking in until the next day, which was great since our flights did not leave until 8pm and we were concerned with our children and their nap schedules. I would highly highly recommend this home and if I'm ever vacationing in this area again, I would stay there again :-)

This property is amazing! We enjoyed every second of our stay! The house was very clean and well equipped and the location couldn't been better. We loved returning home after a long day at the park; actually, we did not go out for dinner once! Even the kids (9, 13 and 17 years old) preferred staying home for a homemade meal and hanging out in the living room after dinner. We truly felt at home... Thank you Michelle! We had a blast!

This vacation home was perfect for our family! We spent the last week of October 2010 here. It was nice to come back to this home after a day at one of the Disney parks. It's really spacious and the pool is great! Everyting was nice and clean and it is well furnished. Michelle is great to work with - very responsive to inquiries, booking the home, etc.

If you really want to relax. Then this is the place to come. I was so impressed with the management company that I would never hesitate to use them again. As I write this I am by the pool, in the shade ( 9 am ) with my laptop. The wireless signal is so strong that I am sure I could go across the street without losing contact. As a condo owner I did manage to get lost in the house. I walked into the closet thinking it was the bathroom and the garage thinking it was the front door. Big house lots of room and clean ! The only thing I would recommend is buy yourself a GPS. Yes, driving around this and other neighborshoods might get you lost. Obviously, I get lost easily. It would be the best investment money could buy. Everything is close by as promised. If are a TV buff then cable is very limited. Only the basic channels. Otherwise, it's perfect. Behlor Realty has been at this for a long time and they really are the best. I even got a courtesy call ! ( I wasn't home at the time but who does that nowadays ) As reminder the house does come complete with everything. Just bring a great attitude and lots of sunscreen. Thank you Michele and company.

We planed a 7 day trip to disney world with our four children, thinking we would not get any rest and relaxation, boy were we WRONG! The house was the perfect getaway from all of the hussle and bussle of disney. It was a great way to spend our evenings! We felt like we were at home, the pool was great and the washer and dryer was even better! I was able to wash all of our clothes before we left and we did not return home with any dirty laundry! The best thing about this house was the fact that all six of us had room to spread out and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL stay!

We stayed at 2916 Evans Drive for Christmas 2009. We found the house to be clean and well maintained and conveniently located for privacy. It was a bit of a drive to get to Universal Studios but we appreciated the rural atmosphere of the area and never found that to be an issue. As well as the usual touristy things at the parks we also took a tour of the local Lake to see gators which the teens really enjoyed. It was a chance to see the natural side of a very beauiful state. Overall, Orlando is a great, safe place to visit and Behlor Realty ehanced the experience.

My family stayed in this great home during Oct. of 2009 and had a blast. The home has everything anyone could need and more. The kids played games while the adults relaxed by the pool. It is close enough to all the Disney attraction but far enough away that you have peace and quite. Great home and we look forward to coming back soon.

We rented 2901 Eldiente Way, Doral Woods February 1st thru March 1st 2009. Our friends highly recommended Michell at Behlor Realty and the Doral Woods area. We found the house to be clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a nice pool area. Michell was responsive and friendly. We would not hesitate to rent with Behlor Realty in the future.

Our family of five adults, two children and one infant stayed at 2916 Evans Dr. in Doral Woods. The two weeks we spent there,ariving Feb.15 and departing Mar. 1, were truly enjoyable. The house truly has ample room and a great layout so that we were able to split up at times and not get in each others' hair. What you see in the photos is what you get....no B.S. Thank you , Michelle, for your suggestion to heat the pool; as the water was wonderfully warm on our arrival. There were only two minor items in the kitchen and laundry area that needed attention and I am sure they have already been addressed by Michelle. The Doral Woods area seems safe, is quiet and yet only a short drive to the attractions and shopping. I am very sure that whenever in the future my family decides to vacation in the Kissimmee area again; Behlor Realty will get a call. I hope Michelle answers the phone

We have just recently returned from Kissimmee and our stay at 4706 Crestone Circle was very pleasant. We were with another couple and it was so nice to be able to come back to the house and have room to relax in. The carpets could be in better shape, but then I guess that is minor. The hot tub could have been warmer as the nights were very cold, we believe the pressure was low and it was addressed to the pool maintenance. Hopefully will be fixed for the next tenants. The house however was well stocked with dishes,cooking pots and utensils. A coffee filter or two to start the stay would have been nice, as we did not realize there were none until later of our first night there,we had coffee but no filters, over sight when our grocery pack was delivered??? We stayed at 4706 crestone circle, 4 bedroom 3 bath, pool and hot tub house over Christmas holiday, It was outstanding. It has everything imaginable for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were well heated, a must for my girlfriend. We did not want to go home.

We stayed at 2916 Evans Dr and loved the house. The house is well maintained and like new. It has ample space for one, even two families since it has two master bedrooms. The kitchen is nice with the bonus of a Ceran top stove (the glass top stoves that are easy to clean). You can even park your car in the garage to keep it out of the sun. The pool was very nice, and even in the cool temps we had over Thanksgiving (in the 60's), the pool heater kept up and we could use the pool the entire week. The pool is nice and long and ideal for lap swimmers, plus the deep end is deep enough to practice flip turns. My daughter improved her competive swim skills as a result. Another bonus is the third bathroom opens directly onto the pool deck, making changing and bathroom stops more convenient than running dripping wet through the house. The WIFI worked perfectly well, and allowed me to get some work done while the kids were entertained with the pool. TV's in every room also brought a measure of peace over what everyone wanted to watch. We like the location because it is peaceful and not on route 192, which means you can get places without dealing with traffic headaches (192 is a synonym for grid-lock). Two Publix and a Super Wal-Mart are near-by to meet shopping needs. Now about Behlor. We have come to the Orlando area about a dozen times over the past 7 years. Our first few times we stayed at vacation homes with other realtors, until we discoverd Behlor. Not only will we only stay in vaction homes because of convenience, luxury and cost savings, but Behlor is always our first choice. They have the best prices, well maintained properties, and you always know what you are getting, where you are staying, and convenience. In a word they are honest. With other realtors the price does not include hidden fees, or you do not know where the property is located, or what it looks like, until you arrive. With Behlor you get a half dozen pictures of the property, so you can see if it meets your needs, plus you know the pool configuration and size. You also can go straight to the property without stopping at the office. This is a huge timer saver, since most realtors require you to stop at their office on route 192. Believe me, after (or before) a 20 hour drive from (to) Michigan, the last thing you want is to sit in traffic on 192 for another hour --- or two. Finally, Behlor rescued our vacation. We planned to spend Thanksgiving week on the Atlantic coast using an RC

We stayed at 3396 Hawkin Drive from April 15 through to April 23, 2008 and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious and an ideal retreat to come back to after visiting theme parks, shopping centres and the beach. We knew that we could always go back to the house and enjoy a relaxing time by the pool or kick back and watch a movie or two. The house is situated close to shopping malls, restaurants and the theme parks. I have recommended renting from Behlor Realty to my family and friends. Michelle Langham was wonderful to work with. An all too brief stay (8 days) in April at 2901 El Diente, Doral Woods - an ideal location, close to the main attractions while being tucked away near a nature reserve: villa spacious, comfortable and unusually secluded, pool a delight ... family itching to return already!

We stayed at 2901 Eldiente Way from March 1st thru April 5th, 2008. We really enjoyed the 5 weeks there. The home was ideal for having family stay with us for a short time. The kitchen was equiped with plenty dishes and utenisls. We enjoyed the lanai and pool area a lot. The back yard was private with no disturbance. We stayed at 3401 Hawkins Dr from March 3rd to March 31st 2008. The house was spacious, clean,and very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. We especially enjoyed the large lanai and pool area. Loved being able to BBQ even in the rain as we were covered. This house has a very quiet, private back yard. Any little problems were quickly taken care of, even over the holidays. We rented 2902 Elbert Way for 10 days starting 27th February 2008 - we would have liked longer but it was booked up. This was a meeting point for us,retired Brits living in France, and our son and his family who joined us from Montreal, Canada. Despite our 7 year old granddaughter's sudden onset of flu, we had a really great time in this superbly accommodated villa, and would recommend it to any other family looking for that "little bit extra" close to the theme parks. I had chosen this villa in particular for the huge private garden, which didn't disappoint. My comments concerning a few broken or missing items were quickly dealt with by the ever competent Michelle. We also much appreciated the free phone calls, internet connection, the many TVs, etc. My 5 year old granddaughter will always remember that she "learned to swim in Florida" in the pool, which she did. We stayed at 4608 Cumbrian Lakes rive, Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee, and we loved it! The pictures don't give the home justice! There was more than enough room for the 9 of us! It was so nice not to hear hotel guests at all hours coming back to their rooms while you're trying to sleep! The neighborhood was quiet, close to the parks and a lot of shopping malls. We were able to have breakfast at home and then head to the parks which got us there much faster than having to wait for everyone to get ready to go to a restaurant to eat first! It was also nice having a grill there! Had steaks out by the pool one night! We just had a wonderful vacation in Florida and cannot speak more highly of Michelle Langham's help in finding us the perfect home to rent! We're definetly recommending her to our friends' and never will stay at a hotel again!

Michelle and Steve were very, very helpful in assisting us to make sure my needs were met. They were very easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay. 2900 Evans Way Doral Woods - We spent a week there. It was just great to get up in the morning and have a nice breakfast and head to the parks. After long days, to be able to come home and have something to eat and have a house big enough to all go your own way was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed having their own beds,tv and pool. We went to the 4 Disney Parks, Universal, SeaWorld, and the Ocean. I can't begin to describe the comfort of coming "home" every night. It's so nice to be able to unpack for the week and not have to worry about your "stuff". Thanks Michelle and we hope to be able to do a trip like this again.

My husband and I along with our two daughters, son-in-law and 3 grandsons ages 2, 4 and 5 stayed at 2902 Elbert Way, Doral Woods. It was absolutley AWESOME! We had great access to Magic Kindgon, Animal Kingdom, Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie and so much more. This was the first time we had ever rented a home and we were truly impressed. The home was very spacious nad we enjoyed the pool and the grandsons loved the backyard play area. The privacy fenced in backyard was wonderful. We didn't have to worry about next door neighbors. We had everything that was needed. It was just like being at home. Michelle was absolutely wonderful in assisting with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone with children or if someone is looking for a place with privacy and quietness. I house hunted from July until September and finally found 2902 Elbert Way and Michelle. Again she is absolutely WONDERFUL! We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you so much Michelle.

Thank you for a wonderfull week at a beautifull house at 2901 El Diente way in Doral Woods. Our first time renting a vacation home, we were kinda worried about renting a house via internet but were very pleased and happy when we arrived at the neighbourhood and the house . Very spacious with 4 bedr.2 bathr. perfect for a big family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Kids used the pool after a warm day at the parks and the internet really came in handy to send pictures to family back home. 2902 Elbert Way, Doral Woods Clean, spacious house with excellent pool and a really good size plot which was well maintained. Everything we needed was in the house. Quite semi rural location within 20 min of Disney. Would rent again.

2900 Evans Way Lovely peaceful location, pleasant villa with lovely pool and lanai. Easy drive to all attractions and Walmart within easy reach for food shopping. A pleasure to deal with Michelle who has been very helpful since the day of our original enquiry upto return of security deposit after our stay.

I rental the house at 2901 Eldiente Way. The house was very clean and everything was functional, the area was nice and calm. All the major attraction (walt disney, universal studios and sea world) was not far of the house. I really enjoy my vacation. Thank You.

We really enjoyed our week vacation in 2109 ElDiente Way in Doral Woods. The house was beautifull and had everything you could need. After those tiring days at the theme parks is relaxing to get some rest in such a beautifull house.

We stayed at 2916 Evans Drive in Doral Woods.It was just what we needed. I liked TVs in all rooms, no one fought over them. Everything very convenient.

We have just come back from a lovely 2 week stay at 2902 Elbert Way. Great villa, nicely furnished. Could do with some wireless internet access, and absolutely no kitchen com=nsumables left over (washing up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher powder, etc.) I wonder who keeps it all between visits? Only small points - would not put me off staying again.

Owner response:Hi Duncan - good to hear you enjoyed the home - All food etc is cleared, I do not like arriving guests to have other peoples food, unless it is non perishable. House hold products , if any left over are left in the home for next guests - perhaps the previous renters left none, or took it all!

We spent our two week vacation at 4704 Crestone Cir in Doral Woods. This was the first time I've tried a rental home for vacation, but with our two boys now in their teens and my mother-in-law joining us, we really wanted something larger and more relaxing than a hotel room. What a great decision it was! The house was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. We used the pool and the patio every day. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and still close to the theme parks. Michelle and Kristin provided absolutely outstanding service. I will definitely rent again. The only observation is that there was no internet access. Through my cell phone company I have direct access for my laptop, so it wasn't a problem. But if you're expecting it for your computer or game system, you need to be aware.

Owner response:Hi David, good to hear you enjoyed your stay. The owner has high speed internet acess in the master bedroom suite - it is wireless so you can use it anywere in the house. It was installed prior to your stay - so I am not sure why you did not come across it. Michelle

We stayed at 4120 Cannon Ct in the Wilderness. We absolutely LOVED it there. I was a little nervous renting a house I'd never seen but any reservations I had quickly disappeared the second we walked in. Everything was great. The pool is wonderful and the enclosed patio is awesome. There's a Walmart nearby so we were able to get plenty of groceries for the week and meat to cook on the gas grill. The master bedroom is big with a nice king size bed. The two other bedrooms were really nice and my son loved the Playstation 2. The house came with everything we needed (plus some). They even had wireless internet! It rained in the evenings while we were there so we ran to the video store and they let us rent a couple DVD's even though we aren't residents of FL. It was just an awesome stay. My kids were so sad to leave and made me take pictures of every room in the house! Thanks so much Michelle and Behlor Realty! We'll recommend you to all our friends! 2916 Evans Drive provided us with a base for a fantastic holiday. The property is spacious and has everything that you need, the children especially loved the pool. The back of the house is not overlooked offering some privacy. Organising the rental through Behlor was very straightforward, Michelle and Kirstin were helpful and curteous.

We have stayed at 2902 Elbert Way many times now, the last time being from 29th April until the 30th May 2007. Out of all the villas we have stayed at over a 25 year period, this one is by far the best. It has everything you could want and is set in a very quiet and peaceful location.
