The kitchen, den, and dining are all together. There is a fabulous deck off this area where there is always a wonderful breeze. You can also enjoy watching the orange sunsets from this area. There is deck furniture also.
There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer that is off a hallway that leads to the three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are average in size and share a bath. The third is a large master bedroom with a separate bath and shower. This bedroom overlooks Pensacola Bay with a window also in the bath.
