This is a new property completed in December 2008. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING.
The home sits on a hill top and has views of Sierra Blanca to the west, Kokopeli Ridge to the north and a valley view to the east. With a 2.2 acre lot you will privacy and feel secluded yet only 5 miles from midtown and 2 miles to the Ski Apache turn off.
The open floor plan with two living areas create space and seating for up to 14. This home has two master suites (one up and one down) with patio doors to a deck and direct views of Sierra Blanca. Four full bathrooms make it comfortable for everyone to get ready in the morning and out for a full days activities.
Heat is provided from in floor radiant heating and forced air furnaces. You will enjoy warm floors and even heat during the winter months. Air conditioning is available for summer days. The daytime temps typically run in the high 80's and do occasionally creep into the 90's. Summer evening temperatures typically run high 40's to low 50's.
The main living area has a built in 52" TV on satellite over the fireplace. The game room upstairs has a TV, DVD, XBOX w/2 controllers (bring your own games) and poker table. Also available are many board games.
