Nicely placed in the centre of Madrid, this 30 m2 studio, close to Pº de las Acacias, Puerta de Toledo y Glorieta Embajadores, is suited to comfortably lodge two or three people.
The apartment is situated in the second floor (there is an elevator) of a building in the centre of the city. It is not far away from Embajadores Square or the unique Puerta de Toledo, in a residential area next to the historical amenities of Madrid.
Entering the flat you will be in a comfortable living room with a sofa (it can become a single bed) and a dining area. Next to it there is an small but perfectly furnished kitchen.
In a separate area there is a sleeping room, with a double bed and a small bathroom. The studio is decorated in a comfortable and functional style, and has a direct illumination from outside through two big windows.
It is a polyvalent studio, ideal both for a person on a business trip or a couple (or up to three people) willing to be close to an unique tourist area of Madrid.
The quarter is a quiet area, but serviced with various restaurants and bars. Its main attraction, nevertheless, is its easy access to the historical centre of Madrid, including the Museums area (Prado, Reina Sofia…). For those coming on Sunday, there is a short walk to the traditional flea market El Rastro.

Both Embajadores and Acacias subway stations are walking distance from the apartment, only a few minutes by vehicle, or public transport, from Atocha Railway Station (high velocity trains).
