Amazing mountain getaway in Evergreen, Colorado!
This is a dynamic mountain cabin with huge deck facing southwest, with awesome views of meadows, snow-capped mountains and sunsets. On a secluded 4 and a quarter acres and bordering park land, you’ll feel like you’re the King or Queen, while you survey your private domain! The only thing around is quiet, mountains, wildlife, trees and rock outcroppings. Enjoy!
Easily accessible from I70, HW285, or HW73, by paved roads and highways. Our house is on a well maintained dirt road. When living here full time, we never had to have driveway plowed, thanks to the SW exposure, and have used a front wheel drive in the snow in all but one case. BUT we recommend four wheel drive in heavy snow.
The Cabin is a treat to experience! Walk out to 340 SF deck! Enjoy dinner al fresco with your own outside dining table and chairs. Kitchen, has GE appliances, glass top electric cook top, built in oven and microwave, custom tile countertop, Aspen ceiling in kitchen. Designer bathroom has slate and aspen walls. Slate tub surround. Copper vessel sink, oil rubbed bronze fixtures! Living room has slate and pine wood walls. Huge granite rock protrudes into Living space! The wood stove adds ambiance for the snowy winter nights! Huge wall of windows 21 feet high brings the outside in. Watch it snow at night from the warmth of your own cozy chair. Handmade iron spiral staircase leads to spacious loft bedroom complete with wood floors, separate deck, and private hot tub. Enjoy the gorgeous Mountain views! Upstairs loft has a reading nook and wireless internet is available. TV with DVD player and DirecTV are in the custom entertainment center downstairs and in the loft bedroom upstairs. Downstairs living room has a sleeper sofa, and everything is decorated “Colorado Style”! Separate parking for this area, but no garage.

We had a great stay at the cabin. I do a large amount of remodeling and construction in my spare time and I enjoyed just looking at the cabin and what a great job you did with the tile, ceiling, colors, wood trim. You did a quality job, but not only in the materials in the cabin, but even in the cooking items and the grill.
