This being the first time that we dealt with VBRO, we were somewhat apprehensive. However we found the owner to be very accomadating and very responsive to our questions and needs. I would not hesitate to rent this loft again. The location is ideal and it was within walking distance of all our needs. The loft is very comfortable and has a great deck with views of the town which we enjoyed during the cool evenings and early mornings. Hopefully, one day we will be able to return this place again.

This is a great condo for visiting Ft. Collins. It's in the heart of town, within walking distance of Old Town, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The loft apt was nicely furnished and maintained, and the balcony afforded a panaramic view of the city and mountains. Everything you needed was available, and it had a full kitchen. The owner was very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed the free loaner bikes at the Bike Library, the Jazz Festival, hiking in the Rockies above Estes Park, and white water rafting on the Poudre River. We highly recommend this condo for others to use.

I stayed at this property for fifteen days and loved every minute of it! The property was very attractive and in perfect condition. The property was actually a large studio. It could sleep two in a bed and one guest on a couch. I never had more than one guest visiting at a time, so there was ample room to move about, plus the closet was huge. The location was ideal in that it was right off of College Ave.,which stifled the noise, yet was within blocks of central Old Town. The evenings were gorgeous on the balcony and there were no bugs! The doors were often open allowing the fresh CO air to circulate through the place. The rental was fully stocked and all we needed were some yummy Whole Foods groceries. The owners were very accommodating and kind. If available, I'd return for another few weeks. Without hestitation, I would highly recommend this rental property. Sooo nice!

Great location and nicely decorated unit in the heart of old towne Fort Collins. You will be steps away from excellent dining options including Choice Butchery, our favorite breakfast find. We enjoyed catching some rays of sunshine from the terrace as well.
