Size is 810 square feet. Slate flooring and carpet, stainless appliances and lofted ceilings. Queen sized bed, 52" inch HD TV with cable and a DVD player, and high speed internet included!

Walking distance to the best restaurants and nightlife in Fort Collins. The Aggie Theatre is next door with great live shows. The Fort Collins Museum of Contemporary Art is across the street. Groceries are only 2 blocks away. At least 30 dining options within walking distance. One block from the Fort Collins free bike library - check a bike out and ride to the outstanding microbreweries or along the Poudre River trail.

    • Great location and nicely decorated unit in the heart of old towne Fort Collins. You will be steps away from excellent dining options including Choice Butchery, our favorite breakfast find. We enjoyed catching some rays of sunshine from the terrace as well.
