  Listing accurate. Very clean and well-maintained. Owner helpful. We began our vacation in Eureka Springs at Out On Main. Our primary goal was rest and relaxation while we were at the cottage. That's what we got. Would stay here again.

  Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Located within an easy walk of the historic downtown Eureka Springs. The inn keepers were most gracious. We would stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway.

  It was as described. Clean, affordable, walking distance to downtown, and kid friendly (which isn't always easy to find in this area). The owners added little extras such as available toiletries and coffee/creamers that isn't always found in vacation type rentals.

  My spouse and I spent four nights at this lovely cottage and could not have been more pleased. The owners, Lee and Pat, were very gracious and accomodating without being intrusive. The property is well-appointed and very clean. And the location was just far enough "out on Main" to be peaceful and quiet, but still within walking distance of downtown. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos, and the neighborhood is charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will stay there again the next time we visit Eureka Springs. We would recommend the cottage to anyone we know as the best place to stay in the area. BTW, we are motorcyclists and the parking was perfect for our Harley and Goldwing. If you've never gone riding around NW Arkansas on your bike or trike, you really should go there at least once in your life. The backroads have good surfaces and the scenery is spectacular. Plenty of info about rides at the AR tourist website.

  This is such a great place to stay and so peaceful. We did not want to leave. Everything was very clean and the gentleman was so so friendly. If you want a small cottage and instant relaxation this is the place you need to be!

  We have stayed here several times, both with and without a child, and loved it each time. The property is so very clean and charming, and we had everything we needed. Pat and Lee are wonderful hosts, who go above and beyond. I love Eureka, and I love Pat and Lee and this cottage. :0)

  We have been to Eureka several times over the past years. This has got to be one of my favorite places to stay. Even though the cottage is right next to the owner property you still felt like you had your own private getaway. It is hard to find a place near town that allows children. We have 3 and we brought a cot for our son. Much, much better than any cramped hotel. Also your within a few blocks to Spring street. Would definitely stay here again. Owners where courteous and the place was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Lee and Pat.

  My wife and I had a great time in Eureka on St. Patrick's Day weekend and the cottage was perfect. Very comfortable, clean and quiet...even though it was just minutes from downtown. We both hope that it is available again on our return trip. A great place to stay!!! Thank you Lee and Pat!!!

  This was our first experience with VRBO and it was wonderful, peaceful, and had all the amenities one needs with a young family. It is so nice to have a small kitchen and deck to enjoy afternoon meals. Only a 15 minute walk to town so you can save on parking too. Thank you for a great stay. By the way, they also make decorate cakes and I highly recommend them!!! Eureka is delightful!

  My girlfriend and I stayed here last July and couldn't of found a better place to stay for a quick trip out of our norm! Its quiet, cozy, extremely comfortable, and the owners are extremely nice and helpful! We are planning another trip to Eureka and will definitely hope to stay here again!
