Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Located within an easy walk of the historic downtown Eureka Springs. The inn keepers were most gracious. We would stay here again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

It was as described. Clean, affordable, walking distance to downtown, and kid friendly (which isn't always easy to find in this area). The owners added little extras such as available toiletries and coffee/creamers that isn't always found in vacation type rentals.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My spouse and I spent four nights at this lovely cottage and could not have been more pleased. The owners, Lee and Pat, were very gracious and accomodating without being intrusive. The property is well-appointed and very clean. And the location was just far enough "out on Main" to be peaceful and quiet, but still within walking distance of downtown. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos, and the neighborhood is charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will stay there again the next time we visit Eureka Springs. We would recommend the cottage to anyone we know as the best place to stay in the area. BTW, we are motorcyclists and the parking was perfect for our Harley and Goldwing. If you've never gone riding around NW Arkansas on your bike or trike, you really should go there at least once in your life. The backroads have good surfaces and the scenery is spectacular. Plenty of info about rides at the AR tourist website.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is such a great place to stay and so peaceful. We did not want to leave. Everything was very clean and the gentleman was so so friendly. If you want a small cottage and instant relaxation this is the place you need to be!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed here several times, both with and without a child, and loved it each time. The property is so very clean and charming, and we had everything we needed. Pat and Lee are wonderful hosts, who go above and beyond. I love Eureka, and I love Pat and Lee and this cottage. :0)Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have been to Eureka several times over the past years. This has got to be one of my favorite places to stay. Even though the cottage is right next to the owner property you still felt like you had your own private getaway. It is hard to find a place near town that allows children. We have 3 and we brought a cot for our son. Much, much better than any cramped hotel. Also your within a few blocks to Spring street. Would definitely stay here again. Owners where courteous and the place was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Lee and Pat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I had a great time in Eureka on St. Patrick's Day weekend and the cottage was perfect. Very comfortable, clean and quiet...even though it was just minutes from downtown. We both hope that it is available again on our return trip. A great place to stay!!! This was our first experience with VRBO and it was wonderful, peaceful, and had all the amenities one needs with a young family. It is so nice to have a small kitchen and deck to enjoy afternoon meals. Only a 15 minute walk to town so you can save on parking too. Thank you for a great stay. By the way, they also make decorate cakes and I highly recommend them!!! Eureka is delightful!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We came to Eureka for a day trip and couldn't get everything in, in one day.. We found this place of VRBO.Com and couldn't beat the price. Based on the price we were pleasently suprise at how nice and "home away from home", like it was... Very quite, clean and perfect for a couple getaway. We will definetly be returning.... Thank you for sharing your cottage with us and making us feel at home.Recommended for: Romantic getaway

This cabin is so clean, so comfortable, so nice. It is exactly as VRBO has it listed. The location and parking are wonderful. The owners are so considerate. This cabin is better than any hotel or cabin in the area that we have stayed at before and we have been coming to the area for over 20 years.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A perfect place to getaway from your normal life. Clean, comfortable and lovely private back porch which I loved working from. I highly recoomed this charming cottage for a getaway. The town is great to explore and our Hosts were very accomodating. Town in walking distance and everything was perfect. My girlfriend and I stayed here last July and couldn't of found a better place to stay for a quick trip out of our norm! Its quiet, cozy, extremely comfortable, and the owners are extremely nice and helpful! We are planning another trip to Eureka and will definitely hope to stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

"I'm pickey,,The Cottage was awesome!" Only a 10-15 minute walk from central area of town, the cottage at the price paid was quite a value. It was supplied with a number of amenities such as cold bottled water, coffee, everything you need to cook, snacks and plenty of towels and bath soaps. Super nice, and incredibly clean! Very quaint place that made our stay in Eureka Springs enjoyable! I would highly recommend!! Another absolute must is The Local Flavor Restaurant in downtown Eureka-we ate there for breakfast and WOW!! Fantastic! We also dined at DeVito's... very nice place as well!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding and it was a million times better than any hotel that our friends stayed in. Very cozy - nice furnishings - comfy bed - I could go on and on. I would recommend this to anyone that was planning a trip to Eureka Springs!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at Out on Main for a long weekend, our first trip since our honeymoon. The accommodations were so cozy and quaint, perfect for our quick trip. This is a wonderful place to stay in Eureka Springs. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, and the owners had stocked it with many things to make us more comfortable. There is a private porch on back which we really enjoyed. Plus, you are right next door to an old time ice cream parlor. Highly recommended!Did you find this review helpful?
