*** SPECIALS - AUGUST & SEPTEMBER $800/WKLY RATES*** Lake Marion has something to offer everyone. Our waterfront property is located next to Wyboo Plantation and Players Golf Course. Lake Marion is known for its BASS & CATFISH and can be caught right off the end of the private dock. You can water ski, boat or fish, you can even take a trip to Charleston by boat, right from the end of the dock. There is a public boat landing right next door.
Sit back in the Den or breakfast area surrounded by glass windows and get a great view overlooking the lake. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need. The lower level bedroom is a king bed and has sliding glass doors to the screened in porch. Both the upper level bedrooms are queen beds and has a balcony overlooking the lake. There is a full bathroom on the upper level and the lower level full size bathroom has a dressing area and entrance from bedroom or hall.
The loft on the upper level is a glass window sitting area that also overlooks the lake with two (2) single futons for the kids or for guest. There is no smoking inside home. There is a large yard for entertaining and a storage building with lots of chairs, tables, kids pools, floats, games and grills.
For fishing or just cruising around the lake we have a deck boat
available for daily rental. $100/day
Sandy beach for swimming.
