The first level of Sunrise-Sunset you will find 2 bedrooms, the first with 2 twins and the 2nd with a queen & a twin, the laundry room with washer/dryer, a hall bathroom and a sitting area equipped with all you will need to relax, watch TV, read or play your favorite games.
Upstairs you will find beautiful ocean and sound views. The upper level great room is comfortably furnished and equipped with an entertainment center with TV, DVD, CD player, stereo, and high speed wireless internet access.
The well-equipped kitchen has an adjacent picnic style table big enough for the whole family! Completing the upstairs are 2 bedrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom, (queen) with master bath (with 2nd entrance to hall) has a flat panel TV and a fabulous Sunrise view!
The second master (queen) has a private master bath. Additional amenities include: central AC/heat, dishwasher, MW, a charcoal grill, large enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, fish cleaning table, concrete under house parking, and recycling is available May-September. FREE use 25 meter Olympic pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts. No Pets, No Smoking Please.

- Colony Realty rentals in general are keyed to family groups only. However, we have rented to groups before, after fulfilling certain requirements. We correlate grades and faculty recommendations with character. Therefore, to rent to you, we'll need the following: 1. Everyone's grades thru last semester. 2. A character reference for each student from a school official. (Faculty Advisory, Principal, Counselor, Coach, Teacher(s) or Professor(s). 3. A guarantee from each of the parents that they and the student will be responsible for any damages incurred. You may send documentation via email or as an attachment to email, as you wish. Once that is received and approved, we will proceed with your reservation. ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED.
