A PERFECT THANKSGIVING WEEK

A perfect home--we say "home" because that is how we all felt the minute we entered--"at home". We were 6 adults and two small children and having 3 floors was a great set-up. The house had anything and everything one could want or need to make the stay comfortable and easy. As someone else wrote, each bedroom was beautiful and what could be better than 3 and a half bathrooms. Our two adult sons loved having their own space on the third floor--and a fantastic balcony too. Sometimes pictures look better than the real thing, but in this case what you see on the VRBO site is what you get and we loved it. Location---it is literally minutes driving to anywhere in Fort Lauderdale as well as easy access to the airport and the highway. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance as well as grocery shopping. For those of us who live out of the country, how great is it that Whole Foods was a few minutes away!!! I really could just go on and on. Since all of our kids live in different places in and out of the States, Thanksgiving is the one time that we can all be together and this Thanksgiving was one of the best. Thank you Julie and Bill for everything. Our communications with you were so nice and you were so helpful and we so appreciate your sharing your house with us. All the best Ellyn and Stuart

My family & I recently stayed at this town home for a little over a week. Everything was perfect! Normally when you rent a house out with a group someone always gets stuck with an ugly room. not the case with this one. every room was decorated beautifully. We loved having our own private pool area where we spent most nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, and we used the outside BBQ a few times. I loved there was a garage to park our cars. The 3rd floor rooftop area was beautiful at night. Only a 5 min drive to the beach and very close to Las Olas. We took the side roads home and drove through the neighborhoods and enjoyed looking at all the nice homes. The Owners Bill & Julie were very accommodating, checking in with us during our visit to make sure everything was fine. We would without a doubt recommend this property to a friend and would definitely rent it again!

Comfortable place! Molto confortevole!

I and my family spent 2 weeks in this beautiful 3 storey townhome: newly erected building, 4 wide bedrooms, clean, well furnished, very comfortable in a very quiet area. My kids were crazy about the swimming pool and the movies available in the sitting room!. Distance from the seaside and the central las olas boulevard 1.5 miles. Shopping centres as Publix, Walgreens, etc.. are within walking distance. The owners? Simply superb! I'd like to be back... Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questa bellissima casa a 3 piani: molto grande, di recente costruzione, pulita, ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort. La zona è molto silenziosa e i vicini (pochi) discreti e gentili. Per le serate trascorse a casa è stato piacevole poter disporre di una discreta videoteca (dvd). I proprietari, molto cortesi e disponibili, mettono inoltre a disposizione mappe e brochures dell'area. Distanza dal mare 3 km ca., lo stesso vale per la centralissima las olas boulevard, altri negozi come Publix, Walgreens ecc.. sono più vicini ( 400 mt ). I proprietari molto garbati e disponibili. Ci ritornerei !

To start our vacation, we rented this house. Everything we needed, we could find it in the house. The terrace on the roof top is amazing. All the bedrooms are nicely decorated and very cozy. A 5 minutes walk and you have shops (groceries,drugstore and liquor store) and 20 minutes walk and you are at the beach. Thank you Bill and Julie for letting us rent your house.

Awesome Townhouse

Our first experience renting a home for a vacation and it couldn't have been a better experience for us all. So I'm sure we'll be doing this again in the future. Townhouse was the perfect place for us. We had 6 adults and two children and there was plenty of room. Washer and dryer sure helped a lot. And the pictures do not do the place justice. Beach is close by and a publix grocery. We didn't have time due to my sons wedding to do much shopping but saw a lot of shops around the area. For a group like ours I highly recommend. Kids loved the pool. Thanks Julie & Bill, your home was great.

Beautiful vacation

Family came from all over to have a reunion this Christmas vacation. The townhouse is immaculate, well decorated, and perfect for entertaining. The pictures did not do it justice. We enjoyed using the barbecue and sitting around the pool, as well as sunning and eating on the upstairs deck. Julie and Bill provided all basics and modern facilities, so we didn't have to bring more than our carry on luggage. We would definitely recommend staying here and enjoying its central location to Fort Lauderdale beaches and activities. Thank you Julie and Bill.

I don't have enough words to describe how beautiful, nicely decorated, well maintained and welcoming this townhouse is. We were expecting to see a nice house but when we got there, we've been blown away by this beauty. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping area, short distance to the beach. Looking forward to come back for another vacation. Thank you Julie and Bill for making this vacation a memorable one and for accomadating us in your great townhouse.
