  This place is definitely not up to HomeAway standards. It is a poor representation of the amenities and should be taken off your listings. The pool is not usable, the kitchen must be avoided. Nothing is worth a positive comment. I wish I had read the latest review before renting this place. It is a big let down for Homeaway website. Please investigate this property.. This borders on fraud and false advertisement and your website must take full responsibility!!!!

  Had a great time and this property was was a perfect size to stay comfortly with 7 people. Also in a great location for whatever you want to do. It had a huge living room and a perfect size pool for us. Definetly will be back for another stay.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My husband and I Travel for our buisness and spend about 150 days a year in hotels and vacation rentals. This property is by far the worst! Wish that the previous renters "Kimberly from Georgia" would have posted their review before I gave funds to Jerome! We had THE SAME issues! House was filthy, internet access, Green algae filled unswimmable pool! Just to name a few! I find that the 4 reviews just previous to Kimberlys questionable! Posted the exact same day from supossedly different renters. I guess they all decided on the 21 July to post their reviews and asked Mandeline A to post for them. And of course gave great reviews! Hmmmm. Jerome can not claim that he was unaware of our issues. I have all correspondence in black and white. He was obviously aware of these issues when he rented to us. Judge on your own by reading Kimberly's review and from the highschool band review! Jerome was unwilling to make ANY compensation! We are checking out tomorrow the 6th of August. We stayed on top of the pool issue by staying in contact with the pool people and they had to come out every day to try to get the pool swimmable! Finally on the 5th day of our 7 day stay the pool is usable. I asked Jerome if we could at least get an extra day or two to at least be able to use the private pool we paid for-he was unwilling even though he doesn't have it rented till 5 days after our scheduled departure date. I should have known there was going to be problems after it took me 3 emails to Jerome just for him to get my dates correct! Jerome claims all of these issues were because we only gave a a couple of days notice. REALLY? I guess Kimberly and the highschool band renters did the same. RENTERS BEWARE!

  The house cleanliness on a scale of 1-10 was a 4; dead bugs on parts of floors, towels were not cleaned well (hair), and carpets were dirty, I avoided walking around in house with no shoes on. The master bathroom smelled of urine (sprayed it down with clorox and lysol but still smelled), blinds were broken in every rooms, garage door was hard to manage so we didn't use it, the pool was dirty and green (called owner and maintenance; man came out same day of our arrival and said he needed a part or something and said he'll be back next day, but he didn't come back, so no pool), grass was freshly cut but the cut grass was all over walkway so it got on shoes causing us to track in house; husband had to sweep. The entire house smelled old. Spider webs all over. The info on the wifi was wrong causing us to go in circles with the owner trying to get it to work, we later discovered whoever wrote it down in the check in book, wrote it wrong (the actual code was on bottom of modem). The other rooms were hot, bad air circulation so we had keep fan in one of them. I will avoid this owner's homes in the future...

  Owner response: When the renters check in, they call me to tell me about the pool. I promptly call pool service to come and find out what was wrong. It was later discover the pool had a mechanical problem. I ask renter was there anything else and they said they could not get garage door open. I told them a new lock was placed on door. They never mentioned that the place was not clean during our conversation. I ask was everything else okay and they responded yes. I am a good owner and try to keep my place top notch. I respond very quickly to my renters issues. Sorry this renter did not communicate with me better. .

  We had a ball in the pool. Everything was close by, shopping, restauarants, attractions. House was spottless. We felt right at home. I loved the open kitchen. Sheila Morrison-Wesley Philadelphia, PA

  What a family friendly house! Everything was provided, plenty of pots, pans, towels laundy products, iron. Just like home. The pool was great! The poolman was present and accessable. The location is excellent, close to everything. The photos do not do justice to the actaual home. Can't wait to go back again. Madeline Arrington Philadelphia

  We enjoyed the home we stayed in. As a family of 5 the pool was a God send. The home felt like our own home. We will stay here again.
