This Ocean front (beachside)two bedroom two bath, split floor plan unit has so much to offer! Where to begin? How about the magnificent Gulf views from both bedrooms and the living room and watching dolphins and marine life in the water below. Tasteful and clever placement of mirrors on the wall brings the outside in and provides a truly panoramic view of the water, while sitting at the dining table! Granite countertops are in the kitchen and baths. The floor is 20 inch tiles throughout the unit for a clean and cool feel. TVs are located in both bedrooms with a flat panel TV in the living room along with DVD player. An IPod docking station is also provided along with an FM stereo with CD changer. The leather sectional hides a handy full sized pull out bed. The walls are freshly painted and new furniture and updated appliances have been added. An Internet connection is also provided.
The 440 West condos are located right on the water:oceanfront-beachside, looking out on Little Pass which connects the Gulf of Mexico with the Intracoastal Waterway, and is less than 200 feet from the white powdery sands of Clearwater Beach. Take a stroll along the newly completed Beach Walk with its winding promenade.
Restaurants, Mini Golf and Shopping are all around the South Beach Area. WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

We have the hustle bustle of the beach & the privacy of being directly on the Gulf. No need for car at this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking down from the deck, we enjoyed watching sunsets, boats, birds, dolphins, and even a manatee. The unit was very well equipped, and we enjoyed using the binoculars, beach chairs, and swim noodles in particular. It was an easy, short walk to the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I just wanted to say that we loved staying in this Condo! It had everything we could want to make our vacation truly memorable, especially the view. We could not get enough of the view you saw each and everytime we entered the condo. Each room came with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit offered much convenience to and from the pool, elevators, shops, and parking lot. We would definately come back and stay at this condo because it has so much to offer. This truly was a great vacation with a great location!

Best Location in the heart of all the action at clearwater beach, at the same time great privacy & unobstructed stunning ocean view & proximity to beach. Definetly will go back. Very chic condo unit.
