The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one a master bed with a queen bed and master bathroom. The other bed room, has pyramid beds and a bath. The 2nd living level has 2 additional bedrooms with TV/, and bath room.
The Queen bedroom on this level has a private sun room. A hot tub is available for you to unwind in after a long day at the beach. All will gather on the top floor, with a big screen TV, cathedral ceilings, 1/2 bath, well equip kitchen & cozy living area.
The top floor deck has a view of the sound and a perfect view of the ocean. The wide deck is a perfect spot to start the night with a champagne toasts.
NEW FOR 2009 - THE TOP FLOOR HAS A NEW LOOK, THE KITCHEN HAS NEW APPLIANCES A BIG SCREEN TV, AND ALL NEW FURNITURE.

My family and I had a wonderful time at a Sea Jewel. The views were fantastic, the house was very clean, and the beach was really within a 3 minute walk. Mr. Mills was very nice and polite to work with. He answered all questions promptly and even called to make sure everything was okay. I also was very happy to include our family dog. I would defintely recommend this to anyone and plan on rebooking for next year.
Recommended for:Pet owners.

A Sea Jewel is a beautiful house with great views and a one minute walk to the beach. There is no better deal in Avon! Milton is a fair and honest owner and I'd trust him with any transaction. It makes it easy to vacation when you don't have to worry about anything but looking at the surf.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Beautiful house, location and views. Overall nicely decorated, clean and updated house with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Plenty of room for two full families to have their own private space. Great off season price for the proximity and access to the beach.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

We acted on our mini-vacation over Valentine's day very quickly, and the owner was fully accommodating. First of all, while the pictures on the site our very nice, they don't do the place justice. The living room is the center piece, and the view is amazing. We weren't kidding when we told him we didn't want to leave. We would gladly act as a reference if anybody has questions regarding this great beach house. Thanks again, and can't wait to comeback. Hopefully this Summer.

We had a great, relaxing time at A Sea Jewel over the Thanksgiving holidays. It has wonderful views from the top floor. We would definitely choose this house again for our next vacation at the beach.

This property was worthy of being called oceanfront not oceanview. The top floor great room was far greater than the photographs indicated. Alot of bang for the buck! more than enough room for a family maybe even two.the only negative was lack of a kingsize bed. The hot tub was great. Spectacular view! We will return.
