The villa is situated in the quite residential area of Lindfields, just of the highway 192 and is close to all the major Orlando attractions, including the Walt Disney World Resort, so close that we even share the same postal code, and only a five minute drive away.
The fully air conditioned villa is very spacious, allowing ten people to sleep comfortably in five amply spaced bedrooms. With separate dinning and living rooms, there is more than enough space to accommodate a large party. The villa provides the perfect space in which to relax after a hectic day at one of the many Florida attractions.
There are five bedrooms in the villa, two of the rooms are located on the ground floor, the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and king size bed, with the other room having a double bed. The three further bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two twin rooms and one double room. All have walk-in wardrobe facilites and a shared bathroom.
The kitchen area is large and has all modern amenities, including a hob, oven, grill, waste disposal unit and all cooking utensils etc. It also has a breakfast table for more casual dinning. A utility room off the double garage, accommodates a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The villa has a large kidney shaped pool, with a luminating light by night and is surrounded by a large area perfect for entertaining, having sun-loungers and table. It is ideal place for al-fresco dinning. The pool area is fully screened to keep all those irritating insects at bay, but also allows you to keep that all important Florida tan topped up, providing a moderate amount of protection from the suns rays. The surrounding garden is grassed and fenced for more privacy. |
