  Floors were dirty all around the condo, bed sheets we mismatched with some in laundry, not enough paper supplies, i.e toilet paper and paper towels, no instructions on how at access the pool. Decent price, it would have been great if the items above would have been addressed. Not sure if house keeping was having a bad day or what.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  If you are looking for a clean condo with comfortable furnishings located in a quiet friendly neighborhood this is for you. We enjoyed seeing the botanical gardens, the nature center and spending an afternoon by the river. Boise is an outdoor mecca for biking and hiking. The Trolley House was a local cafe with lots of Boise history depicted in pictures on the walls. Susan was great to work with and answered my questions in a timely manner. I would happily rent this condo again.

  The place was incredibly clean and the location is perfect. Great little getaway for my girlfriend and I and I would highly encourage anyone interested in a nice little retreat to stay here. Susan was great to work with. This was my first time renting a space like this and it made for a very memorable stay for the New Year's. Grade AA.

  My daugher and I stayed at the condo recently and absolutely enjoyed this private quiet gem. The listing was accurate and the condo was very clean and well taken care of. The condo has a large private patio which overlooks beautiful landscaping and was a nice place to enjoy at the end of our daily adventures. The location was so central to everything Boise has to offer you could either walk or bike to your destination if you chose to. Eighth street downtown has blocks of alot of great restaurants and there are also good restaurants within blocks of the condo. We took the scenic drive to Idaho City which has beautiful mountain and water views. The town is an old mining town with most of the original buildings still intact. Did I mention the large master bedroom with the very comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom separated into two areas so while one person is showering another person could be getting ready. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked but not much cooking was done as we were on a short stay vacation and were supporting the local restaurants. It would be a great kitchen for long term stay. We recommend you stay here instead of a hotel and you will not be disappointed.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  My wife and I just recently completed a short stay at the Wood Duck condo, and the property was everything that we had hoped for. It provided a quiet, cozy location for relaxing and enjoying the space, while being close and central to anything else that you wanted, or needed, to do in the city. The property was clean and well maintained, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the property owner for their assistance in makingthis an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property to others in the future.

  After every cold, rainy, family day we enjoyed our own space and cozy fireplace in the evenings, Wonderful place, clean and as pictured. Communication with Susan was quick and complete. As a first timer of using rental property is was a very positive experience!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  I love Boise, and all it has to offer. This condo has access to it all. Only about 35 minutes to Bogus Basin, and less than 5 minutes to almost anything you'll need....from groceries to nice places to eat, and walking paths to it all. Big park on the corner, beautiful patio with view of water and ducks. Less expensive than the hotel that I used to stay at.....(spring hill suites) and about 100 times more comfortable and homey. I will be trying to stay here each time I go to Boise. I hear that the area that it is in is very 'Ritzy' and it is easy to believe. Wonderful landscaping everywhere, walking paths to everything. Even has a beautiful kitchen. It is perfect for a couple, and would probably work well also for a smallish family.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We had an enjoyable stay over the Christmas holiday. Susan was very kind, dropping by with extra supplies half way through our extended stay. She was very accommodating and responsive. The master bed is the most comfortable bed ever! Thanks for everything and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Wood Duck Vacation Rental Please read your Vacation Rental Agreement carefully before you begin your vacation. Any monies received for occupancy of vacation property indicates the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Agreement in full. All policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all guests and members of their party to be familiar with all policies pertaining to this agreement. This rental agreement is subject to the following terms: Rental Agreement for Wood Duck Condo located at 1958 Wood Duck Lane, Boise ID VRBO#: 222772 CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. If the house is not occupied the night before your arrival, you may be able to arrive early. Unless you have arranged an early arrival time, please do not arrive early to allow us time to prepare the house for you. Check out is at 11am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the house for the next guests. If the house is not booked the night of your departure, a later departure time may be possible. TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION To secure your reservation, mail this rental agreement and 50% of the Total Rental Fee to “Welcome Home Properties” 2617 S Roanoke Street Gilbert, AZ 85295. 1. Reservations are not considered “guaranteed” until a signed rental agreement and payment of 50% of the “Total Rental Fee” is received. 2. There is no maid service available during your stay. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE Guest(s) shall leave premises in neat and undamaged condition. All dishes must be washed and put away. All food must be removed from refrigerator and cabinets. All trash removed and placed outside of condo in trash container located on patio for later pickup. Furniture must be placed in its original location. Doors/windows locked. Please leave all beds used during your stay unmade upon departure. WHAT IS INCLUDED Bedding, linens, bath towels, toilet and facial tissues, soaps (bath, kitchen and laundry), shampoo, dishwasher powder, garbage bags, paper towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, limited cooking seasonings, kitchen cookware and dinnerware. SECOND BEDROOM LOCATED IN THE LOFT Guest(s) acknowledge that the second bedroom is located in the loft area which is not open to the living room area. Access to the loft is by the use of a permanent but steep ladder. The loft is not recommended for very young children or adults that may have trouble climbing the ladder. KEYS The lock box key must be returned to the lock box. Please leave guest key on the hook in kitchen at the time of check-out. RETURNED CHECKS A $25 service charge will be incurred for any returned check. NO EXTRA GUESTS/NO HOUSE PARTIES Guest(s) agree that the premises shall not be occupied by more than the number of people stated on the reservation. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of people stated, it will result in loss of security deposit. Occupancy in use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. VIOLATING AGREEMENT If guest(s) violates any of the conditions of this Agreement, Agent may terminate this Agreement and enter Premises. Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest shall vacate the Premises immediately. By signing this, Guest indicates that they have read and fully agree to all the above policies.
