Very quiet/no drive by noise. #303 is a corner unit on the second floor of an elevated building; only one flight of stairs provides convenient access. This unit overlooks the pool/patio area and provides easy supervision of children/
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Access to shopping is less than 5 minutes by car. Access to Gulf beach is 100 feel via private boardwalk. No neighbors either above or below our property.
