Our villa is in a secluded area of "The Greens"...no traffic. No outside staircases to deal with or someone vacationing above you. You can easily walk on the path to the world renown Van Der Meer Tennis Club, 27 hole Shipyard Country Club, Crown Plaza Hotel, or the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
1400 plus square foot villa begins with a room for sandy shoes, bags, towels and extra storage for your "stuff". Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a half bath. Large carpeted living room and dining room (seats 6) features queen-size sleeper couch, 32" HD-flat screen, BLU-RAY, DVD/CD, high speed internet and double door-wall that opens to deck. Enjoy your coffee or drinks on the deck overlooking the seventh fairway but far enough away so that you are not right on top of the golfers. Deck offers table & chairs, charcoal grill & is nicely shaded from the hot afternoon sun.
Upstairs provides a master bedroom with large king-size bed, walk-in closet, table for working, board games or breakfast/dinner (quiet break from everyone else). Full bath, 25"cable TV, DVD, iron and ironing board, as well as lots of drawer space. The second bedroom has all new furniture. 2 twin beds, cable TV, DVD/VCR, full wall of closets, and full bath. All linens provided. Extra pillows, blankets, towels & sheets are in linen closet by the full sized washer & dryer upstairs.

Beach chairs, umbrella & some toys are there for your use.
Order your bikes w/discount & they will be delivered to the porch ... if you have a flat tire or chain problem they will get you a new bike wherever you are at the time..just call! No need to worry about fixing it yourself.
The beautifully maintained, gated pool with bath house and lots of tables and lounge chairs is located right across from the villa, nicely landscaped for privacy. The Beach Club at the Ocean features restrooms, outdoor shower & deck.

Thank you, Karen, for allowing my mom, aunt and myself visit at such short notice. Unfortunately, our villa (182) was already rented out for part of our stay. We enjoyed our stay at your villa. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was nice looking out the window and seeing the pool from our upstairs window. Thanks again! Claudia

Just returned from our second stay at 163 the Greens. Our stay gets longer each year as we not only enjoy Hilton Head but staying in Karen's villa. The location is absolutely great, close to beach and so many other activities such as golf and fine dining. The unit itself is lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen which is great for us as we cook a great deal. New digital cable hook-up was super. Karen is always very responsive to any questions or needs and is a real pleasure to deal with. We hope to continue visiting 163 The Greens for many years to come.

I have a golf outing at Hilton Head every year. I have stayed at this villa for like 8 years. It has big beds for guys who don't want to sleep to close to each other & twin beds, big rooms & close to Club House. Owner is easy to work with. Shipyard Beach has easy access. Will continue to stay there.

I have stayed at 163 twice now; both times were great. Karen is so easy to work with in booking the villa. She sincerely wants you to have a great time. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away (the discounts on the bikes was an added bonus); the pool just steps from the door; shops and restaurants close by. The villa is clean, well decorated, and very comfortable; it feels just like home. It’s located at the end of the street – secluded and quiet; you park right at the door. You just can’t beat sitting on the deck at the 7th hole drinking coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. I hope to get back to 163 very soon.

We've stayed at this villa a few times. It is very beautiful and clean. The owners are very nice. The pool is right across and the golf course is right in back. I recommend staying here. Have a good vacation...
