All amenities such as pull-out waste-bin, roll-out trays, pots & pan drawers and more. There is a generous fenced in backyard with 10 x 15 screened in lanai with a built-in buffet. Seating and sunning lawn furniture in the backyard. Both of the bathrooms have been completely remodeled and have great style! Full size washer and dryer included. Brand new A/C unit inside and out with UV protective light that kills any bacteria or allergens - great for people with allergies! Bedding not shown in pictures. Master Bedroom has queen size bed & 2nd bedroom has full size bed. Additional Futon in Living Room area.
It is within 3 minutes walking distance of wonderful park with baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, football field and walking trails. There are two more additional parks within 5-10 minutes walking distance that lead to lakes that have decks to watch the beautiful landscape. Very relaxing and wonderful way to end the day!
