We just loved this house and yard. It was wonderful to come home in the evening after a day's hiking in Rocky Mt National Park and grill and sit on the deck! The house was clean and neat! The kitchen is upgraded and I love the new sink and faucet and granite counters! The bed in master bedroom was so comfortable and the pillows were just right! On the hot days and we had some that were 95-99F we used the Swamp Cooler in the evenings and the house cooled quickly! We were visiting our son who is a grad student at CU-Boulder. We walked each day along the Boulder Creek Parkway and then stopped for coffee at one of the many coffee shops and enjoyed their outdoor patio. We enjoyed the Ideal Market 2 blocks away and lunch at Breadworks! Dinner at Bramble and Hare was delicious..also took a Market to Table local restaurant tour. The Boulder Farmer's Market is terrific and we planned our meals after buying local produce and meats. I can't wait to visit Boulder again and stay at my favorite house!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic home - it is in a perfect location, nicely equiped, and has everything you could want for a week-long stay. My husband, young son and I stayed for a week in August. We loved the proximity to Ideal Market, Vics, Pearl Street and the North Boulder Park. We walked everywhere and rarely had to use a car. The layout is very nice and was just the right size for our small family. We will definitely opt to stay here again on our next trip to Boulder!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The home was great, 2-3 blocks from Pearl St. Plenty of close by restaurants, eateries, cafes/coffee shops, and small boutiques. The ammenities were just as list and the house was comfortable and a relaxing retreat after exploring Denver, Boulder, and Rocky Mountain National Park. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Boulder. Plenty of maps and recommendations by the owner for local activities and restaurants. There are two bikes at the property and (if needed) more bikes can be rented in downtown Boulder at an outdoor kiosk. I used the numerous bike paths every morning and ended up at the Spruce St. Confectioners for some locally (Denver) roasted coffee and some of their delicious homemade pastries. Being outdoors in Boulder is contagious and the owner does a wonderful job accomodating with the bikes (and locks) for renters to use. Thank you! This was a wonderful place to stay while enjoying everything Boulder/Denver area had to offer. I couldn't have asked for anything more and made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We choose this rental mainly because of the proximity to Boulder Community Hospital. I was checing into the hospital for a three day stay and I wanted to see my family. I wanted my family to be comfortable, but close enough that they could visit without hassle. This house is litteraly two blocks away from the hospital, it was perfect. The house also had an excellent kitchen, a nice back yard, two bedrooms with a pack and play for the baby. Everything we needed was there. Everyone loved the house and we are very happy that we choose to stay here. Thank you very much for having this rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

So I am very late in posting this review....which should also make one realize the lasting impression this lovely home had on me. What a GREAT location. When I arrived Flowers and a Happy Birthday note were on the table....definitely a great start to a fun adventure! We visited the Rocky Mountains ( had chocolate covered strawberries and wine on the Continental Divide to celebrate the big birthday) visited Estes Park and Ft Collins( The Belgium Brewery) . Of course we perused Pearl Street ( a music event was in progress to benefit those who had lost their homes in the fire...great people in Boulder!) and the shops as well as a few restaurants. We visited a winery in Boulder ( there are several)...yum..good wine! The house was very comfortable and quiet..we even got to watch a little football game at the school across the street...very quaint. The market had great fresh vegetables and after filling our stomachs we slept beautifully on the comfortable beds......Make your memories here ...you won't forget them!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Very green home, walkable to all necessities, coffee shop, whole foods market and wholistic drug store. We walked to the North Boulder Rec Center indoor pool and gym, used the nearby outdoor lap pool and walked to the restaurants on Pearl Street. On Saturday we did most of our shopping by walking to the downtown farmer's market for wonderful in-season produce and baked goods. And on the days we drove out of town to hike in the mountains this was a cosy retreat to return to at the end of the day.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Although our trip to Boulder was to help a family member out, we appreciated coming back at the end of the day to a place that was comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. Since we were traveling with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was great. And I must express how thrilled we were to have Versus (cable station) to watched the hockey games. Being from Chicago, and HUGE Blackhawks fans, it was really great to watch our team eventually win the Stanley Cup! If you've never been out this way, I would suggest taking a ride to Rocky Mountain National Park or Garden of the Gods. A drive up to Mt. Evans is worth it. 14,000+. There were a few times I felt my stomach turn upside down, but it truly was worth the trip. We would definitely contact Sara again should we ever need to stay in Boulder.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

We came to Boulder for the graduation of our son. It snowed during the evening, but we woke up to blue skys. This is a perfect setup for an alternative to staying in a hotel We would much rather do this than a cramped hotel room. We wish we had found this four years ago. I can't think of anything that your home lacks, Thank you , thank you, thank you.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

we stayed here for 2weeks in february through to march and enjoyed every minute of it!! the house was spotles with everything you could need for your stay. lots of information to read, we added quite a bit to it as well!! there is so much to do and see in Boulder, we didnt have enough time to do everything! the supermarket 1 block away was superb. 4 blocks away from Pearl street Mall which is always worth a walk or two!! would definately suggest going to Old Chicago's, its the best pizza yet. if you like fine dining, Frasca is a must. we wish we had longer to go back a second time, it was absolutely amazing! The main bus station is close should you fancy a ride into denver. we done this many times as it is so easy and cheap, stops off at a few shopping places on the way too. lovely area with beautiful views of the mountains. set in a quiet neighbourhood close to everything you could possibly need. A must for anyone visiting BoulderDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We stayed in this home for several weeks in late 2009 and early 2010. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance of Pearl Street and the quiet escape of the house and big backyard. The house itself has been recently renovated and offers all of the conveniences you might need for a brief visit or an extended stay. The home was very comfortable for a couple and had enough room for a small family or two couples. Both of us made use of the home office, wireless internet and free long distance for work. Everything worked well. The owner was responsive to any request and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We visited Boulder for the first time and enjoyed staying at your lovely home. We felt we did so much better by staying here and not at a hotel. The house is very comfortable and clean, the location is excellent and we made good use of the bicycles each day. What a wonderful way to see the city and get exercise at the same time. We had everything we needed here - Thanks You!! Thank you for the restaurant recommendations - we made good use of them and your comments were very accurate.Did you find this review helpful? I stayed at this home from August 21-October 10th, 2008. Just a block from Whole Food's Ideal Market and a mini strip mall with various shops, it is nestled in the perfect location to experience Boulder via car, foot, or bike. The house is comforatable and nicely-furnished and the backyard patio is a quiet place to gather your thoughts. The neighbors are even great. I cannot speak highly enough of this place!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I love staying here! It's in an ideal location. You can easily walk downtown. Just a block or two away you can find a great restaurant/pub, grocery store, coffeehouse, bike shop, running shop, other places to eat, and more. I like to walk a half block to the mall, get something to eat and sit outside at the tables that are in front of many of the establishments. I people watch and enjoy the view of the foothills. One of my favorite things about her house is the light that comes in during the day through the living room windows. It enhances the warm comfortable feeling of the house. There is a field (instead of a row of houses) across the street and the back yard has depth, which gives a sense of openness and green when you look out the front windows or out the doors that open onto the deck. The kitchen is very attractive with quality appliances. The laundry and a desk/work area area are conveniently located just off the kitchen. I slept comfortably when I stayed here. I wish I could visit more often!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We have stayed at this home many times during our visits to Boulder. One couldn´t ask for a better location, especially if relying on public transportation (but if you have a car, there is a off-street parking in a carport). There are plenty of good dining choices within a few minutes´walk, and the Mt. Sanitas hiking trails are easily accessed just to the west. The house itself is very comfortable with plenty of charm. It truly is the best of both worlds: being close to shopping and restaurants, while being absolutely peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Enjoy!Did you find this review helpful?
