HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Private executive home on the lagoon – short walk to beach, tennis and golf. 6 steps lead to the entry of this beautiful 3,000 square foot home in prestigious Palmetto Dunes. You will find hardwood flooring throughout the living and dining areas. The living room has a sleeper sofa, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo and slider to a large back deck with a grill and outdoor table seating for up to 8 with an additional deck seating area for 4 to 6. Off the living area is a dining room with a table for 6 - 8. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a breakfast table that seats 4-6. The master suite features a king, TV/VCR/DVD, and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has 2 queens and uses a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The 3rd and final bedroom has a double bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. This great Hilton Head Island home, on the lagoon, is close to tennis, golf, and the beach. It is truly a great value and a fabulous choice for your next vacation. Two Beach parking areas are available for residents and renters in Palmetto Dunes. Winter monthly rentals are also available.

Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. This home made for a nice quiet weekend getaway. Golf, Fishing in the lagoon, and shopping! Alexanders is a boat ride or short walk away! Thanks for everything!
