Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort-the PRETTIEST Resort on the Gulf Coast!!! Away in your own Little World. It is the newest "5 Star" condo in Sandestin, the luxurious LUAU condominium. Come and enjoy fun, sun, beach, emerald waters and great restaurants.
After a day on the beach visit Baytown Village (bayside on the resort) for shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, bands and dancing, also outdoor movies for the kids at night, a walk on the pier and much more or just relax on your balcony. The LARGE CORNER WRAPAROUND balcony allows you to see a sunset that will take your breath.
Our 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the pool. The pool is the only heated saltwater pool in the Sandestin resort. There's also a waterfall and a kiddie pool. Enjoy the TIKKI Hut poolside for food and drink. Plus it is only a short walk to the white sandy beaches.
Two beach umbrellas and chairs are provided for your beach FUN!!
This condo has been upgraded for your comfort and pleasure. Both bedrooms come with king size beds and 600 thread count sheets. One bedroom has wet bar, microwave, mini-fridge and complete dinnerware. In addition there's a fully furnished kitchen and dining room. The living room has TWO (2) new comfortable recliners for relaxation. There's also washer/dryer, 3 TV's with cable, DVD's, free WI-FI connection. Don't forget there is an observation deck on the 11th floor of this building, it's beautiful!!!!
