  The condo is so much better in person than the photos show. Super spacious, spotless, and the most amazing views. You enter the home through a gated entrance with access to the main condo on the right and the second bedroom on the left which is great as it gives so much privacy. This condo is perfect for a family or two couples. There is also a pull out couch if needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Marble bathrooms, in-room safe, lovely kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook in the condo which was nice. You will need to pick up things like kitchen sponge, paper towels, and dish detergent, but that is easily gotten at Walmart which is a short 5 minute drive from the condo. Food at the resort is expensive, so count on at least $50 for breakfast or lunch for 4 without drinks. There is a wonderful little market with all the necessities that is shared by Estancia, Palmar, and Arco which was super convenient for yummy, fresh pastries. Was nice to be able to have access to Palmar and Arco on either side of the resort, but we all thought that Estancia had a nicer courtyard, pools, hot tubs (there are 5 by the way), and overall ambiance. This resort truly has customer service figured out. Felt safe at all times. Anything we ever needed was quickly provided and with a smile. The staff is amazing. The beach was beautiful and fully swimmable. Had a blast. There were always beach chairs available both at the beach and the pool (even during spring break) and beach towels provided by the pool as we needed. Overall, it was a simply perfect vacation. Spent the whole last day enjoying La Estancia and watched the whales swim by. Was a great end to an activity packed vacation. Cabo is such a great place to vacation. So many things to do and see. Cabo Wabo is fun! Great music. Definately go eat at Maro's Shrimp House. So, so good. Lobster and shrimp to die for and very reasonable. Wish we had found it earlier in the trip. Booked a kayak and snorkel tour at Lover's Beach, Lands End through a tour company, but really you could just rent a water taxi and snorkels for far less and enjoy all the time you want for about 1/4 of the price. Don't book a tour. Took a day trip to Cerritos Beach about 40 minutes up the coast to surf which I highly recommend for a more authentic experience and fantastic surfing. Really cool area not to be missed. Easy walk up the beach to Mango Deck (super young party bar) and Tabascos. Had a total blast! Thanks to everyone at VLA!

  This was my first experience with renting through VRBO and I must say my overall experience was excellent. The owner, Don, was very quick to answer my questions and everything went very smooth. We had a wonderful trip and Unit 1605 was beyond our expectations. This is a beautiful location and very secure. I went with my three teenagers and my husband and we all had a great time. I would definately recommend renting this beautiful home. We went horsebackriding which I would recommend but I did not need the 2 hours. I would also recommend walking up the beach a little to rent jet skis as we saved almost half what they were asking at Baja rentals. Don't miss dinner at Sunset Da Mona Lisa it was a wonderful end to our trip.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
