The condo is everything it advertises: very clean, nicely decorated and right on the beach. The rental process was smooth and easy. My family loved the island location and the condo itself and is definitely wanting to return again. We went in the late summer and if you time it right you may even be lucky enough to see baby sea turtles leaving their beach nest to enter the ocean for the first time.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This Condo was GREAT! Joe, the owner, was so helpful with everything. Beautifully decorated, and soooo clean. Step out your door and your in the sand, and another few steps- right on the water. Everything we were expecting and MORE. We will definately be coming back! The condo and beach were so uninhabited it felt like you were there all by yourself; and we went during summer. If you have children, bring fishing supplies. My boys caught fish one right after the other right off of the beach.

This condo has everything!...and the pictures prove it....clean and comfortable setting, economically priced, beautiful view, full kitchen, washer & dryer, towels - you name it! Joe is amazing to work with and to share his lovely, homey condo. Shell Cove is the best kept secret on paradise island! :)

We had two couples in our party that had a very enjoyable time in this unit. Great walks along the beach, convenient dining, and beautiful sunsets made for a very relaxing stay. The recently remodeled unit offers the amenities needed to enjoy the shops and restaurants from Longboat Key to Anna Maria or just enjoy a home cooked meal and relax with a book. To our surprise, we found after arrival that we had some friends that had been coming back to this facility for several years. (a small world!) Joe, the owner, is easy to work with and helpful with questions you may have.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable week in this unit. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. There are many extras such as beach towels & umbrella, and having the washer & dryer in the unit was very nice. The view and the beach were fantastic. Dolphin sightings were daily and we even had two manitees go by one afternoon. The location is perfect for shopping and dining. Joe is very pleasant to work with and provided helpful recommendations for dining etc. We have already recommended this unit to relatives, and we hope to return very soon.

This unit is completely redecorated and very tastefully decorated with everything new. No stairs to climb, just steps from the water, with a gorgeous view and sunsets! Owner Joe, is very accomodating and answered our questions. We had a very satifactory stay here with lots of good places to eat nearby!
