All furniture is top-quality and the entire house is professionally decorated. Very large bedrooms with a king bed in the master, queen bed in 1 guest room, and 2 twins in the third room. A queen size and very comfortable air mattress is also available and great for kids. The master bedroom has a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and bathtub. The entire first floor is a 6 car garage perfect for securely storing your cars and belongings or a large playroom for the kids. The front deck runs the length of the house and there is outdoor furniture with seating for six. Although kids and the elderly are welcome, the second floor living area is only accessible by staircases. There is also more than enough room to park trailers, recreational vehicles, or a boat. Modern conveniences include a 52 inch LCD TV with premium cable, DVD/VCR, Wifi internet access, central air-conditioning and all the comforts of home.
Historic Flager Avenue is just 1 mile to the south and offers quaint restaurants and great small-town shopping. Just 20 minutes to Daytona, 1 hour to Disney and other Orlando theme parks.
