This spacious and elegant condominium spans over 3500 square feet and is situated but minutes away from the stunning Caribbean waters of Cozumel. Wireless internet access throughout the condominium ensures that one is able to stay connected with those back home.
The complex features a large pool and hot tub that is surrounded by an expansive tiled area . It is an absolute excellent gathering area where one can become acquainted with some of the many other residents of the property. The swimming area is positioned above sea level, permitting even more magnificent views of the nearby Caribbean waters. The outdoor lighted tennis courts and full fitness center provide an excellent opportunity for those whom wish to stay active while enjoying their stay.

Located across the street is a popular beach club that allows for access to one of the more well-known snorkeling sites on the island. Numerous restaurants and shops line the streets surrounding the property (our personal suggestion would be to try out nearby Ernesto's if your interested in enjoying some of the tastiest fajitas on the island). With only a five minute car-ride to the heart of downtown Cozumel, you're never far away from the numerous resources available on the island.

The property is very, very clean and extremely well maintained. Just deciding which balcony to enjoy morning coffee was fun. The pool area is a great place to watch the amazing Cozumel sunsets. Snorkelling just across the street, was great. Great place!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a Beautiful Condo! When we walked through the door it was like Christmas morning. Everyone was amazed at the views and the amount of space. No where else on the island are you going to get the 180 degree panaramic view of the caribbean that you have here. We had a large family group(ages 80-1)and the living area was great for having everyone together. And each bedroom/bath was large enough that you could escape the group if needed. The complex is amazing, the pool is very large and has a wading are that was perfect for the kids. There is a tennis court W/ lights and even a trampoline for the kids. The fitness room wasn't fininshed yet. But we're looking forward to seeing it when we come back because everything else was done first rate. Louis the night manager was such a nice guy. We tried to convince him to come home with us. We had a very relaxing and fun vacation here. It has spoiled us, don't think we can stay anywhere else now without being let down. Thanks.

The owners of this condo are great to work with, helped us out finding another condo in the building for the rest of our group. (we had to pay a lot more for the second condo) Best deal on the island, and I've done a lot of searching. Jump on this one as fast as you can!

I loved the place, beautiful furnishings, state of the art appliances, incredible views, spacious rooms, great diving and snorkeling, 5 stars by far, i would recommend this condo to anyone who likes the best in accomidations

Our experience was awesome! ! ! This condo felt like home the minute we walked in. It's very clean and spacious. The beds were all large and comfy, no expense was spared. The full kitchen allowed a wide variety of fresh meals from the market not more than a short walk/taxi ride away. A beautiful sunset every night from the full length semi-private Western view looking out over the Ocean was breathtaking. The accommodations were next to none.
