Description - This recently-remodeled home is the perfect combination of convenience, privacy, and beautiful scenery. Located in the Lakeway neighborhood with its many amenities, the home is situated on a 1/2 acre wooded lot and has a beautiful view of nearby Lake Travis. The 2700 square foot home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Main House - The main house (2BR/2BA) consists of the following:
A large, private master suite with a king-size memory foam bed, full lake view, direct balcony access, entertainment center, large closets, & private bathroom.
An additional bedroom with full lake view, across the hall from a full size bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, microwave, stove, and oven, and full lake-view and balcony access.
A lakeview dining room with balcony access & large dining table that seats 8.
A den with a large, stone fireplace, an entertainment center with big screen HDTV, 2 plush leather couches and oversized chairs.
A covered balcony which has a full-lake view, swings and a charcoal grill.
A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for convenience.
Attached Bedroom - The attached bedrooms (2BR/1BA) consists of:
A medium-size bedroom with 2 new queen-size memory foam beds and a closet and a separate exterior access door.
An additional medium-size bedroom with 2 new queen-size memory foam beds and a closet and a separate exterior access door.
A large, fully equipped bathroom with tub/shower.
Garage - Also on the premises is an enclosed 2-car garage with a garage-door opener, and a spacious driveway with additional parking.
Sleeping Accommodations - The large bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people on the six memory foam beds.
Attractions within Lakeway - This remodeled home offers the perfect mix of lake access and convenience. It is ideally situated at Lake Travis and is located only 25 miles from central Austin and the airport. Within the Lakeway neighborhood, guests have easy access to the following amenities:
The house is located less than a mile from the Lakeway Marina, which offers affordable and convenient boat and jet rentals or slips in which to store your own boat for $30/night or $150/week.
Within five miles of the house are 3 public golf courses as well as the Live Oak Golf Course.
The World of Tennis facilities are only 2 miles away.
A short walk will take you to the nearby Lakeway Country Club, which offers a spa, fine dining and several swimming pools.
The Lakeway Park is less than 3 miles away and offers easy, beachfront access to the water for swimming and recreation.
Attractions Near Lakeway - Although outside the Lakeway facility, there are a variety of nearby attractions that are worthwhile:
The Hurst Harbor Marina is at the next light down from Lakeway and offers additional boats and jet-ski equipment.

My extended famiy booked this house to stay in for my son's wedding at Lakeway Resort and Spa. The house was within walking distance of the resort. The home was everything as promised and more. The view alone was enough reason to LOVE this property. Every morning we all enjoyed sitting on the big deck with our coffee soaking it in. Another unexpected bonus were the wild deer who frequent the neighborhood in the evenings. When the owners told us we wouldn't need to bring a thing, they weren't kidding. We had a house full of people and still had plenty of everything we needed.The kitchen is completely stocked. There were more than enough towels and linens. They even provided DVDs of the latest movies! If you are looking for a vacation home with everything. This is the place for you! We will most definitely return.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Very roomy house --- good loaction far enough in form 620 traffic but close enough to all you need--- two bedrooms with a shared bath are very private and have a separate entrance--- master suite is huge---and living room and dinning area are great----I have family there and brought family with me and there was plenty of room to all get together for dinner --- Don't hesitate it is worth going....Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a great visit at this comfortable lakeway rental. The view was even better than described. The home has every convenience that you would need and the owner was very helpful all the way through the rental process. I will say that the 4th bedroom (besides the master and the 2 bedrooms in the attached building) is in the same room with the breakfast table, so don't count on a room with much privacy. This room does have a trundle bed, so it would be perfect for children or visitors who get up early anyway. We loved our week at this house and are missing the view already!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This is a great rental property. Very spacious, clean, and convenient. We had 4 married couples for Labor Day weekend. Plenty space for us all. Very nice deck overlooking Lake Travis. Very close to golf, boating, stores, and a short, easy drive to downtown Austin. We saw MANY deer at night in the neighborhood. Very beautiful. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to Austin area. Also very important to me was that I spoke to the owner directly. No games or recordings. Tess is very friendly and helpful.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This rental was wonderful! It was spacious, clean, and better than described. The patio is phenomenal with great view of lake, grill, rocking chairs and porch swing, and it is shaded during the day. There is a wet bar, large kitchen, large dining room table, tv in every room, spacious bathrooms and closets. wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. 10 min drive from lake and close to multiple marinas. Also very close to grocery store and restaraunts.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.
