Villa La Estancia is an exclusive 5-star resort on Medano Beach, the only safe swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas. Our 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo will provide all the comforts and amenities that you need for a fun, relaxing stay. VLE is luxurious, safe, quiet and very relaxing.

Enjoy your meals and cocktails from the terrace, where you have a spectacular ocean view and a view of Lover's Beach and Lands End (see photo). A charcoal BBQ and a gas grill are provided for your use.
Pick up your beach towel from the towel station near the pool and take a dip in the Sea of Cortez. Or, lie on the lounge chairs on the white sandy beach provided by the resort. You can order a drink and have it delivered right to you on the beach.
Security is provided 24 hours a day and only Villa Estancia guests and owners are allowed to use the pools and amenities on the property. So there are no crowds or parties. Concierge service is also provided 24 hours a day.
Both bedroom suites are spacious and luxurious, complete with plush towels, bathrobes, and bath products. Both suites open to the terrace so that you can enjoy the views as soon as you wake up in the morning. Each suite has a safe with combination lock in the closets.
The master suite, with a king-sized bed, features a TV, a jetted jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks, and vanity. There is a sitting area as well. The guest suite has 2 queen-size beds, a full bath, huge closet, TV and a sitting area.
On the property, you have free access to a fitness center that provides treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machines and stairclimbers. It also provides a full set of free weights and Icarian weight machines. Located in the fitness center is a spa.
You also have access to two restaurants (one of which includes a swim-up bar) on the property and a full-service day spa next door at Villa Del Arco. There are 2 huge pools and 5 jacuzzis, all with spectacular views. A market next door at Villa Del Palmar can provide your grocery needs.
Free wireless Internet service is also provided. This is NOT a timeshare property. Each villa is individually owned and operated.

This beautiful resort is set among meticulously groomed grounds, beautiful pools, state of the art spa and fitness center with easy access to white sandy beaches. The suite itself boasts views of the Sea of Cortez from every room including the expansive balcony equipped with lounge chairs, table and chairs and a BBQ. This really can be your home away from home. Inside you’ll find the main living areas (kitchen, dinning table and living room) to be very spacious. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms are large and comfortable. Toiletries are upscale as well as the entire “feel” of the suite and resort. Put your feet up and sip on a margarita on your own private balcony, pool-side or under an umbrella on the beach…you’ve found paradise!

My family absolutely loved our vacation here!! The location is perfect and relaxing. The accomandations are spacious and absolutely gorgeous. The property is private which we really appreciated. We went with our 2 kids, ages 3 and 1 and could not have asked for a better spot. The owners are very helpful and gave us some great tips on navagating Cabo with kids. We will definitely go back!!

Just about the best place I've ever stayed, and I've stayed in some very nice places. Wonderful! Luxurious. Relaxing. Every aspect makes you smile and relax. Great for either a romatic vacation or with the kids. Great pools for relaxing, swimming and for the kids(access to the pirate pool with fountains next door is great fun). Good food and service by the pool. Right on the beach - fun riding the waves. You can have a custom romantic dinner right on the beach (preceded by a massage and jacuzzi on the veranda overlooking the beach and crashing waves). Short walk to Cabo, or take a short water taxi right from the beach, for good restaurants, either high end of great local dives with authentic local food to die for. Huge rooms. Nicely decorated. Immaculate. The works - jacuzzi tub, robes, big balcony overlooking the pool and ocean to eat on or take a nap on the lounges. I've been back twice, and will go again, and we almost never go back to the same place twice.
