Beautiful, two bedroom, two bath, 1,784 sq. ft. home located in the gated community of Canoa Ranch. This property has been professionally landscaped and has an oversized private back yard. Relax in the comfort of an outdoor hot tub with a magnificent view of the Santa Rita mountains to the southeast including "Elephant Head" just steps from the master bedroom. A large gas grill is available for outdoor barbeques.
The kitchen has a full complement of dinnerware and small appliances including a coffee maker and toaster oven. It is tastefully appointed with stainless steel refrigerator, oven/range and microwave, cherry cabinets and granite countertops. The breakfast bar has a built-in dishwasher and sink. The breakfast nook looks out over the backyard with a view of the mountains. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a beautiful fireplace (gas), a brand new 42" flat-screen 1080P HDTV with surround sound, satellite/cable, phone and high-speed internet connection.
A separate dining room is adjacent to the living room just off the front door entry. There are numerous upgrades built into this home including custom tile throughout, solar/privacy screens, plantation shutters, lighted front steps, ceiling fans in many rooms including the outdoor patio, decorative side gate, indoor laundry room w/ tub, etc.
Two large bedrooms have a king and queen bed respectively. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with custom shelving. A large over-sized two-car garage has extra room for a golf cart or motorcycle.
Green Valley is an age-restricted community which means that at least one member of your party must be 55 years of age. Numerous recreation centers are available throughout Green Valley for a small additional charge. A new one just opened in Canoa Ranch and it has a large indoor swimming pool, exercise room, Jacuzzi, free weights, etc. Other activities available (at the other centers) include tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and many organized "club" events. There are seven championship golf courses available within a short drive. All are in great shape and reasonably priced.
Since this is our first year renting this property, we are particularly interested in attracting repeat customers.
