"Folley", on the beach,is the perfect place to escape,and unwind while looking out over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from one of the two decks. The panoramic gulf view is from every room in the townhouse.
We are off of the beaten path, but a bike and or a walk to 30-A only takes minutes. This area of the Florida Panhandle is known as the Emerald Coast because of the clear to turquoise water and the sugar white sand beaches. In this particular townhouse you look out, not only just over the beautiful water, but also over the wildlife in the park that joins the property. There are no high rise apartments to block the view from any window.
Destin, Fort Walton, or Panama City provide wonderful shopping, movies, or eating out. There is a wonderful outlet mall just minutes away in Destin. Ride your bike to Seaside, Rosemary or Grayton Beach for the afternoon or morning. If you go just a short distance you can be at Alys,Rosemary and an abundance of restaurants. In the other direction are the exciting shops and restaurants at Seaside.
The new international airport is just 45 minutes away.The airports of Destine and Fort Walton are just the other way to the west..
The Town House Association does not allow the owners to provide umbrellas or chairs. However, these are readily available along with bikes with a telephone call to any one of several places.
I do have a modem at the house and with the access code very user friendly.
While this unit really accomodates adults very well, due to its location it is also ideal for children, Because there is NO traffic,. walk out of the door of the covered carport right out to the sugar sand. Do bring lots of sun screen.
When day is done, relax on one of the two decks with something cool in hand and watch the sun go down over the crystal water. One problem, it is so beautiful, no one wants to go in, even though you still see the gulf from the kitchen, it's not the same as relaxing on the deck with the gentle wind rustling through the hair.
The kitchen is well suplied with good utensils and there are plenty of linens. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed while the guest room has twin beds.. There is plenty of closet space upstairs, along with the two full baths. Down stairs is the half bath which is conviently located just off of the living and dinning and kitchen.
We do offer discounts for multi-week stays. Please book early to insure the perfect time for you.
In the fall and winter, I have good rates for monthly renters.

This condo was great for our family of four. Plenty of room, clean and perfect location and view! The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was fantastic! The views off the back balconies were amazing! Easy beach access as well! Would definitely stay here again and we are pretty picky so that is saying alot! The owner was very accessible and accommodating. There is a beach access on this end for others to use, but the beach was not crazy busy like in Sandestin or Destin. We had plenty of room to put our chairs and umbrellas out without being crammed in like sardines. The beach was very laid back and not a crazy spring break atmosphere. There are quite alot of chairs/people at the Dunes of Seagrove, but most of that busyness stayed down there. Make sure to look at the beach cam at Walton Dunes to see your live beach view. This helped us alot in making our decision to come to this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful! The best view of the beach. Would stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
