"Folley", on the beach,is the perfect place to escape,and unwind while looking out over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from one of the two decks. The panoramic gulf view is from every room in the townhouse.
We are off of the beaten path, but a bike and or a walk to 30-A only takes minutes. This area of the Florida Panhandle is known as the Emerald Coast because of the clear to turquoise water and the sugar white sand beaches. In this particular townhouse you look out, not only just over the beautiful water, but also over the wildlife in the park that joins the property. There are no high rise apartments to block the view from any window.
Destin, Fort Walton, or Panama City provide wonderful shopping, movies, or eating out. Ride your bike to Seaside, Rosemary or Grayton Beach for the afternoon or morning. The airports of Panama City, or Fort Walton are easy in and out.
While this unit really accomodates adults very well, due to its location it is also ideal for children, because there is NO traffic. Walk out of the door of the covered carport right out to the sugar sand. Do bring lots of sun screen.
When day is done, relax on one of the two decks with something cool in hand and watch the sun go down over the crystal water. One problem, it is so beautiful, no one wants to go in, even though you still see the gulf from the kitchen, it's not the same as relaxing on the deck with the gentle wind rustling through the hair.
The kitchen is well suplied with good utensils and there are plenty of linens. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed while the guest room has a double. There is plenty of closet space upstairs, along with the two full baths. Down stairs is the half bath which is conviently located off of the living and dinning room.
