Excellent value directly on the beach! Premium decorating and furnishings--no outdated leftover furniture, no hideous paint jobs and no yucky old carpet. Granite kitchen, huge walk-in shower, crown molding and nice woodwork, LCD TV's everywhere.
This unit is a sample of our 6 premium decorated units by Siesta Vacation in Sea Shell condo. If the one shown is booked, ask for another. Based on time of year and which units are available, when you rent 2 or more from me at same time we can provide a discount because we don't just book them, we own them. Newly remodeled, granite kitchen, surround sound stereo and 42" LCD TV in living room and master bedroom. Bring your USB drive or IPOD and plug into the docking station for premium sound! LCD TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms. Wireless Internet access is available, code is located in the unit.
This Condo is super convenient in our building and great for kids or seniors. The assigned parking space is 20' away and you can access unit without using elevator, up just one flight of steps. I help rent these deluxe condos myself, but for renter protection I utilize our on-site management office. This assures guests of full-service convenience rather than just leaving keys in a box and you are on your own. The office staff is available to assist you with any needs you may have to make your vacation the best possible and to handle any problems that might happen. This is located directly on Siesta Key's Crescent beach. No shoes required! Just walk out your door and down the walkway to the beach. Directly across the street is famous Captain Curt's Restaurant with world's best clam chowder, the Sneaky Tiki Bar, kayak and bike rentals, ice cream grocery, boat rentals and more. Park your car and forget driving while you are here. This is the BEST location on Siesta Key, right across the drawbridge. Check out the youtube video under "t210pilot" for a guided video tour. When you rent I'll email you my special insider tips of where I've found of where to go and what to do. You want to stay in a place as nice as or nicer than what you are used to--any of my condos will satisfy you.
Important! We will set you up to pick up the keys at the on-site rental office with a staff there to assist you during your stay. Keys are available for after hours pickup right onsite. You'll get the full-service treatment. Email now to request a "complete info pack" with lots more pix and info.
Note: because we own multiple units in the building, chances are there is one available for your desired stay unless the dates are blocked out in red. When you inquire I will advise as to which unit is open. They are all totally renovated and exquisite.

A perfect week of fun, relaxation, and sun! Glad to get away on a vacation to a CLEAN and well decorated place ON THE WATER. Will definitely rebook same condo for any future trips to Florida. The furniture is brand new! The beach is 40 feet from the building and the sand is bright white. The private beach looked like a post card picture- PERFECT. Great gumbo and clam chowder across the street at Captain Curts, and coffee and espressos at The Orange Octopus. Office staff also very helpful in suggestions on where to visit and eateries. Perfect location on the beach with Sarasota 15 minutes North and Venice 20 minutes South.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great time. Your property was perfect for us! The furniture and electronics were tops for our escape from the kids. I don't think there is better location on Siesta. Thanks for the great and fast communtication in piecing this together. On a scale of 1-10 it's for sure a 9+.
