Situated in the tranquil and relaxing community of Vizcay our spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, smoke-free home will help you relax during your stay.
This beautiful single story villa sits on an elevated corner lot affording perfect privacy whilst relaxing in the pool and spa that is not overlooked from either side or the rear. When you open the front door, you will be greeted with a large open foyer opening out into the separated Dining room with large ornate table and 6 chairs. There are high cathedral ceilings which are continued through the villa.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is comfortable with ample space for our guests. There are colourful accent walls in all the main rooms and bedrooms. You will never need to wait for a bathroom as there are 3 fully equipped bathrooms 2 of which are attached to the master bedroom and second master, they all have walk in showers and the 2 master bathrooms have large roman baths.
There is a 42” Plasma TV and PS2 games console for your entertainment as well as TV’s in all the bedrooms with Cable. The villa is also equipped with Wi fi internet for your convenience.
It boasts air conditioning throughout with ceiling fans in every room.
French doors in living room, master bedroom and family room lead to a covered screen enclosed custom pool and spa. There is a round table and sun umbrella with four luxury cushioned chairs and matching sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.
The pool terrace has ample lighting where you can have a drink and sit and relax and muse over the memories of a hectic but enjoyable day while watching the sun set.
There is a games room with Pool, Electronic darts and foosball.
Our home is located 15 minutes from Disney and is close proximity to six golf courses including Champions gate and Highlands Golf Reserve and Southern Dunes which are close to our subdivision.

We Chose our Florida home on the Vizcay Resort because of the tranquil setting and the views from the private pool deck are stunning. There is nothing like a dip in the pool as the sun is coming up with just the sound of the birds and the water.

Our home is modern with all the features to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. There is a totally private pool area that is not overlooked form either side or the rear of the property and is very peaceful. We have made the interior of the villa bright and homely with warm earth tones comfortable furnature. There is a fully equipped games room and 42" Plasma TV with games console for your entertainment.
Our villa will make your Florida vacation pleasurable and relaxing especially after a long day at the theme park's its the ideal retreat to relax and recharge!
