The 3,400 square foot home features a peaceful setting and provides a perfect venue for a relaxing vacation base or corporate executive retreat. Comfortably sleeping up to ten, the large living and formal dining areas provide ample meeting space and the family room with wet bar with wood burning stove a cozy evening retreat. The Riverfront Home offers a variety of recreational activities including swimming in private swimming pool, fishing, and boating from a private patio/dock area located on the Sacramento River. The Riverfront Home also features a full outside kitchen, which includes, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator for barbeques and fish fry’s.
There is a free public boat launch ramp located across the river in the county park makes for easy access to the river for those who enjoy water sports. Another special feature is the preserve at Woodson Bridge State Park, located within walking distance of the Riverfront Home. This dense native riparian forest is a winter home to the Bald Eagle and a summer nest site for the Yellow Billed Cuckoo. This jungle like grove displays some of the last remaining riparian habitat to be found in California.
Riverfront Home is located in the Shasta Cascade Region of California and is nestled along the Sacramento River between Chico and Red Bluff with Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen, and the Trinity alps looming in the distance.
The Riverfront Home is conveniently located 15 minutes North of Chico, 20 minutes South of Red Bluff, 40 minutes South of Redding, and 1 hour and 30 minutes North of Sacramento. Easy access to Interstate 5 and Highway 99E.

My husband and I both love to entertain, our dream has always been to have a venue where family and friends could come, relax, and stay awhile. So when this waterfront estate like property came available in 2004, it was truly a dream come true! Like a big beautiful ship, we named her “Reynolds Landing.” “Reynolds,” for our last name and “Landing,” for the process of coming to land to rest after a long voyage.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Over the past 5 years we have had many gatherings here at Reynolds Landing, from a few friends over for an afternoon barbeque to larger gatherings, such as, weddings, family reunions, and anniversaries. We have also enjoyed the peaceful setting Reynolds Landing offers, such as, quiet afternoons in the gazebo overlooking the Sacramento River and enjoying the various wildlife that live on the river and in Woodson Bridge State Park area, or fishing from the patio dock for Salmon, Striper, Shad, and more, or just reading a book next to the pool.
