Three-bedroom, two bath cottage on beautiful Frye Island on Sebago Lake. Located directly across the road from a nice beach (1 minute walk), a 5 minute walk to Cocktail Beach (Beach #6)and beautiful sunsets across the lake and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Sebago Lake is the third largest lake in New England with crystal clear water great for swimming, kayak and canoeing. Gravel roads are perfect for walking and biking, foliage is beautiful in the autumn.
Completely furnished house and kitchen with a large deck facing the water (with barbeque grill, table, chairs). The house includes a living room with cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, dining area, loft with futon, two refrigerators, washer and dryer.
Frye Island is a 900 acre island community with 13 beaches, including 1,200 ft. Long Beach, 22 miles of unpaved roads, general store, cafe with bar, ice cream stand, marina with boat launch, 9 hole golf course with lounge open to the public, community center, recreation facilities including tennis and basketball courts, softball/soccer field, kids playground. Free WiFi is available at the café.
A five minute ferry ride from Raymond Neck takes you to Frye Island. Portland and Freeport (LL Bean) are less than an hour away.
