With the largest porch available, table and chairs for 6, still leaves plenty of room for lounge chair and relaxing. 3 flat screen TVs with DVDs. Professionally furnished with high end decor (i.e.... granite counter tops, tile flooring, tile shower, stainless steel appliances.) New development has very upscale clientele.
TIKI BARS and Beach Services available. 2 hot tubs and 2 pools. The pool in Tower 2, located on the 6th floor across the street with a great view, is heated during the off season. Exercise Room and covered parking included.

Highly recommend this condo !! It was perfect and handled our 6 beautifully, with room to spare. The oversized balcony was fantastic and made for a wonderful gathering place for morning coffee and afternoon dinners ! The beach area was far less crowded, even during the week of the July 4th, than other condos on the east end that are surrounded by high rises. There is a wonderful path to walk your pet and the stairwell that is close to the condo door makes for a quick trip out. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook family meals. Could not have asked for a better location or condo !!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just returned from our third stay in this unit and it never disappoints. The view from the unit is incredible and has a tropical feel with the palm trees around the pool. Although we are usually partial to upper floors, this unit is the exception due to the design of the huge balcony and the pool area, which allows for the convenience of a lower floor, with an incredible view and privacy as well. A great unit in a great resort...can't wait to go back!

Loved this beautiful condo. Great view of ocean and pool, roomy balcony. Very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Great people to deal with. Prompt replies to any questions and concerns. I would recommend this to anyone. I truly hope that we can return in the future.

While reviewing this room for our upcoming stay I did see a post from me which I thought I had done so I will post now as we anticipate our upcoming visit. This is and Awesome place to stay. We rented Spring Break 2009 and are returning this Spring Break 2010. Looking forward to renting from this landlord again and again and again!! Thanks for making it plesant for us.

This was a wonderful vacation. The resort as well as this condo unit (#207) was excellent. There were many extras with the unit. This was the best stocked kitchen of any unit that I have visited. The location of the unit had a wonderful view and was near the pool area. I will certainly schedule a return vist and would highly recommend to others.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous!!! The pictures do not do justice for the very well located and decorated rooms. The view is awesome and the deck is really large with an extemely table that seats 6. The puppy trail was such a nice surprise and perfect for small dogs to exercise on. We used the weight room which is nicely stocked for a good workout. The location is perfect for touring, shopping, and many places to choose from for eating out. We will definitely be staying here again and again. The owner is such a wonderful person to deal with for just one more added plus to this condo!!!!

Highly recommend this condo. Awesome view from the oversized balcony, nicely furnished throughout. Great well stocked kitchen. Across the street there are several acres with side walks (good for walking or bike riding) I walked my dog everyday. There are also shops and restaurants in this area. You won't be disappointed in this condo!
