  The only reason I don't rate this condo as excellent is the piped in music outside around the pool area but can also be heard in the condo. One of the main reasons I go to the beach is to listen to the waves crashing on the sand. The music was distracting. The condo is lovely, comfortable and very well equipped. Owners were responsive & easy to deal with. Very much appreciate acceptance of dogs. We all had a ball.

  This condo is amazing!!! Owners have not spared a thing when they decorated this condo and ALL NEW TILE THROUGHOUT CONDO. What do people want most when they go to PCB? Ocean front condo, a clean condo, a fair price, tastefully decorated and a bed more comfortable than the one at home--this place has it all! Owners are people you can trust--you need to spend a week in this one! But please leave room in the rentals for us to return yearly because we don't want to stay anywhere else. Thanks again for everything! Jill

  MYSELF AND MY WIFE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY. GREAT CONDO. SAYS EVERYTHING ABOUT IT, PERFECT LOCATION ( IN THE MIDDLE OF PANAMA CITY BEACH). EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE BEACH AND POOL, BONEFISH GRILL AND ANOTHER BROKEN EGG ON THE PROPERTY. BY FAR THE BONEFISH HAS THE BEST FOOD AND DRINK WE HAVE EVER HAD AT PANAMA CITY BEACH AND WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO PCB FOR A LONG TIME. WE JUST LOVED IT, COND. HAS EVERYTHING THAT IS NEEDED AND MORE.   This was a fabulous unit! The view was spectacular - the balcony was our very favorite thing! The location was convenient, and the owners were easy to work with. The only thing we could complain about was that we had to leave when our time was up! We hope to return to this one!!!

  Steve has decorated this two suite condo excellantly. His personel touch of pictures books were a blessing on the occasional rainy day. The bed was the most comfortable we've sleep in in years other than our own. The view from the hugh balcony is breath taking. All the amenety's inclding blender except toaster are there. His price was reasonable considering the amenity's. I've committed to return next year. This is a little piece of paradise.

  Highly recommend this condo !! It was perfect and handled our 6 beautifully, with room to spare. The oversized balcony was fantastic and made for a wonderful gathering place for morning coffee and afternoon dinners ! The beach area was far less crowded, even during the week of the July 4th, than other condos on the east end that are surrounded by high rises. There is a wonderful path to walk your pet and the stairwell that is close to the condo door makes for a quick trip out. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook family meals. Could not have asked for a better location or condo !!

  Just returned from our third stay in this unit and it never disappoints. The view from the unit is incredible and has a tropical feel with the palm trees around the pool. Although we are usually partial to upper floors, this unit is the exception due to the design of the huge balcony and the pool area, which allows for the convenience of a lower floor, with an incredible view and privacy as well. A great unit in a great resort...can't wait to go back!

  Loved this beautiful condo. Great view of ocean and pool, roomy balcony. Very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Great people to deal with. Prompt replies to any questions and concerns. I would recommend this to anyone. I truly hope that we can return in the future.

  While reviewing this room for our upcoming stay I did see a post from me which I thought I had done so I will post now as we anticipate our upcoming visit. This is and Awesome place to stay. We rented Spring Break 2009 and are returning this Spring Break 2010. Looking forward to renting from this landlord again and again and again!! Thanks for making it plesant for us.
