1209 Villamare is a two bedroom, two bath, ocean view, luxury condo.
The Villamare complex offers a large heated pool, hot tub, children's pool, fitness center, ample indoor and outdoor parking. This villa has been renovated throughout. Amenities include a new kitchen complete with granite countertops, sable-colored wood cabinets, and new black appliances.
New porcelain floors throughout, new carpeting in both bedrooms and new bathroom vanities were also part of the renovation. The villa was also completely repainted. It has three flat screen TVS and DVD players. The villa also has internet access.
This unit sleeps up to eight as the master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, the second bedroom with two queen beds and the living area with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom also features a love seat and the guest bedroom has a large comfy chair and a soaker tub.
The dining area seats six plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Every room has a balcony which features an ocean view. This villa is also conveniently located near the elevator for easy access.
Lushly landscaped grounds greet you with palmetto palms and lagoons throughout, creating a tropical feel. Enjoy extensive decking around the oceanfront pool. A covered gazebo with bathrooms are close by.
Your own private boardwalk with outside shower leads out to the beach. Villamare has a separate picnic deck with grills, picnic tables, benches and swings.
