This second floor villa in Building One has views of the grounds and pool, with the Atlantic Ocean beyond, from the living room and both bedrooms. As you enter the front door, you will enter the private foyer and you will see 2 doors, an A and B door.
The A-side features the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom. The living room has a 42' flat screen television and Blu-Ray player with a sliding glass door that provides access to the balcony. The kitchen was recently updated with granite counter tops and new appliances. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 27' flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR combo and a sliding glass door with balcony access. You will also find a large vanity area as well as private bath with a step-in shower.
On the B-side, you will find the guest bedroom that has two queen beds, a 19' flat screen TV, small private balcony, and a private bath with large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
Lushly landscaped grounds greet you with palmetto palms and lagoons throughout the Villamare complex, creating a tropical feel in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Enjoy extensive decking around the oceanfront pool as well as a covered gazebo with bathrooms. Your own private boardwalk with outside shower leads to the beach. There is also a separate community picnic deck with grills, tables, benches, and swings. The complex has an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and exercise facility as well.
The unique floor plans of Villamare feature an entrance into the foyer with unit access through two locking doors. The “A” side contains the living/dining/kitchen as well as the master suite. The “B” side consists of the additional bedroom and bath.
