This designed apartment (up to 6 guests, 2 bedrooms, 50 m2) offers open views on Paris from 3 windows. It is located on the 1st floor (US standard no elevator) in a Montmartre 19th century building.
The architect has significantly transformed the apt from its initial plan. The bathroom changed location, and a kitchen bar was installed in the living room. He chose vibrant red colors to design the living space, and a touch of yellow for the bedrooms. The grey colors used in bathroom and kitchen bring a touch of refinement. All the floor is made of traditional oak.
• On entrance, a bright corridor serves the bathroom on the left and a tall windows with a view over Paris on the right. At the end of the corridor are located, front and left the 2 bedrooms and right the living room & kitchen.
• The 1st bedroom offers a queen size bed a large mirror and closets. The bedroom window has a view over the calm rue d’Orchampt (semi pedestrian).
• The second bedroom is wider. It also offers a queen size bed, an antique mirror and a valuable engraved wooden wardrobe. The window also opens on rue d’orchampt.
• The living room is on the right side. Flooded with light, it opens on Paris roofs through its 2 windows. It is equipped with a nice wooden table that sit up to 6 guests, a sofa corner (convertible for 2) and a kitchen bar. The furniture was designed specifically for the apt.
• The bathroom is covered with elegant grey tiles. Although not spacious, is offers a bathtub with shower, a nice sink and mirror and toilets. It is lit with sun light thanks to a translucent sliding door.
As can be seen on the photos, the apartment completely redesigned recently. The unit is facing another apt of 75 m2, Apt Lepic #315109, which may be rented together for parties up to 12 guests. Apartments may communicate at will.
As a bonus, Phone calls to land lines in France, and to US, Canada and Australia are generally free. It is also true for more than 50 countries. More over, calls to cell phones towards specific countries (often US & Canada) may also be free. Ask us for detail as it may vary with time and policies of operators.
Adress is “rue d’Orchampt”, one of the highest rated streets in Montmartre. “Rue d’Orchampt” is a small and quiet street featuring many romantic artists studios. Close by lies the famous place du bateau Lavoir. This is where many famous artists lived, PICASSO, MODIGLIANI, Albert CAMUS, Max JACOB.
SACRE COEUR church is 3 mn walking distance. Les abbesses, the trendy part of Montmartre is just down the square: many restaurants, shops and nice café terraces. The ABBESSES SUBWAY station is 2 mn walk. PIGALLES & BLANCHE stations are only 3 mn away. This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 mn by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming & restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums...

We were very comfortable at the apartment Ravignan, and our stay has been great. The beds were very good and the view just lovely. It was exactly as described. The apt stays very close to the restaurants, cafes, shops, bakeries and groceries of the rue des Abbesses and rue Lepic and is at the same time very quiet in a little street. Sacre Coeur and the Abbesses subway, to go and explore the other areas of Paris are also very near. It was really a memorable stay !
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Hello from Berlin, We're still enthused. We enjoyed the bright and clean appartement very much. Especially the view onto Paris while we had breakfast. For our five day visit in Paris it was the perfect accommodation. Just a five minute walk to the next Metro station or to Sacre Coeur. You cannot imagine a better location. Hi Jean-Noël, We arrived safely in Holland on sunday and wanted to let you know that we have enjoyed the apartment very much. It's is calm, situated perfectly within Monmartre and this made our week in Paris very easy and nice. The beds slept fine, and the house was very clean when we arrived. The view is also great! The apartment is perfect obviously more at ease for 4 but enjoyable for 6. The instructions work briljantly and is explained in detail and therefore very easy to use. The flat was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The one problem that ruined our stay was the late night noise. Every single night between about 1 am and 4 am there were people in the street below yelling, screaming, honking horns and even vandalizing cars two nights. We did not get one good night's sleep the entire week we were there. It was a shame because the flat itself was wonderful.
Owner response:Dear Anne and Mark, We are really sorry to hear this issue. Hopefully, it must have been a one off problem. We talked to the neighbors, they confirmed the police came and this is over. Since your short stay (6 nights), we had 3 others stays, and no complaint. I believe a group of uncivilized people elected the location for making a mess for a few days. You should have called us next day when it happened. We would have called the police. That may have solved the problem right away. And really, on the contrary, many of our guests appreciate the calm of the location as it is slightly away from the lively “Abbesses” street. Being in the inner center of Montmartre, this street is not an easy drive through street. There are very few cars going trough. That is why it has a reputation of being very calm. We never had this kind of trouble since we rented the apt. I am confident it should be for the first and last time. We stayed with 4 people in Ravginon in the first week in December 2010. The apartment was exactly as advertised and was perfect for what we wanted. Situated in the heart of Montmartre close to shops, restaurants, metro station and the Sacre Coeur what more could you ask. The flat was light and airy with a lovely view over Paris from the living room which included the beautifully lit Eiffel Tower. The flat was clean, well maintained and was just as shown in the photos. It was a little cold when we first arrived, but the heating was sorted out quickly and efficiently when we contacted the mangers - great service for 8 o'clock on a Saturday evening!
