This unique 2 bedroom apartment is located on the top of a 1880 architect building. It offers 2 real bedrooms, a wide living room, kitchen and dining room area.
Well cared and designed, the place is full of light. There are more than 6 windows in different orientations. The sun enters from the south. On a long balcony one can admire the view over the roofs of Paris Montmartre.
The apartment was rented to a famous Montmartre painter for many years. It was a real artist loft. It is located rue Yvonne le Tac, one of the lively streets in Montmartre, linking Abbesses to Sacre Coeur.
SACRE COEUR church is a three minute walk.
The famous Marché Saint pierre where all kind of fabrics may be found is 2 mn walking distance.
Les abbesses, the trendy part of Montmartre is just down the square: many restaurants, shops and nice café terraces. The ABBESSES SUBWAY station is 20s walk. This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.
Last point, we are staying 1 block away. We are here if you need help, but do not worry, we will not be intrusive.
