Albanyrentals Apartment at 101/20 East London Street is in a converted building which was originally part of the Standard Life Bank. It is a spacious, luxurious and convenient place to stay whilst visiting Edinburgh. Apartment 20 is on the fourth floor of this building and is reached by an elevator from ground level. This gives it views over the roof tops to the river Forth and to Fife. The apartment is very centrally located, just 10 minutes walk from Princes Street and 5 minutes walk from the Playhouse Theatre, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and for shopping. It also enjoys close proximity to many great bars and restaurants and is a perfect choice for sampling everything Edinburgh has to offer.
The apartment is a duplex of contemporary design with a mix of wooden and light carpet flooring throughout the main areas and with quality furnishings and fittings. The accommodation comprises of a large lounge with modern open plan fitted kitchen and feature window opening onto a balcony. Lounge amenities include a widescreen television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and gas cooker. Also on the lower floor is a separate laundry room which houses the central heating unit and washing machine.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are arranged as a queen size double bedded ensuite room with wet floor walk-in shower, a second double bedded room and a single bedded room. There is a second modern bathroom with bath and shower on the upper floor and a third toilet on the lower floor.
The tariff includes gas and electricity. Linen & Towels and complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided on arrival.
Free private garaged parking is available for a small to medium car in the basement of the building.
