So you can doll yourself up for that special event, we have provided blow dryers, an iron and an ironing board.
LIVINGROOM/ENTERTAINMENT: In the living room, a stunning fireplace will keep you warm, as you create wonderful memories by playing board games; watching a movie or your favorite team play on the 42” plasma with satellite TV; or by playing an enjoyable Xbox game. Wireless internet is also available for your convenience. Outside the calm peacefulness of this non-smoking, two bedroom unit, you will find fun for everyone.
ATTRACTIONS: Just steps away, a free shuttle will pick you up and taxi you to Winter Park ski resorts. Hideaway Park, across the street, is an upgraded park with a fun sledding hill, a warm and cozy fire pit, a playground and cool skate park. In the summer, it is the venue for many musical events. Confluence Park, also a walk away, is a 3/8 mile interpretive loop at the junction of the Vasquez and Fraser Rivers. It is an absolutely beautiful walk, especially in the summer. Other area attractions include, but are not limited to, snowmobiling, snow tubing, fishing, shopping and area nightlife. There really is something for everyone!
KEYLESS LOCK: Also, for your safety and convenience, we have installed a keyless lock on the door. Unlike, lock box systems, no other renter will have access to the unit since there is no key to copy. Your access code is unique to you and your stay. You also can enjoy your day on the slopes without having to worry about coordinating keys, or losing them.

- There is a wonderful park just outside the complex. It features a skateboard park, a small rock climbing wall and sledding hill for the children, fire pits,and undercover picnic benches. A few steps away, you will find Confluence Park (a 3/8 mile interpretive loop at the junction of the Vasquez and Fraser Rivers). It is a place where you can take a short peaceful walk, and just enjoy the sound of the Spring and Summer water flow. It is a vacation within itself!

Why the Owner Chose Trailhead Lodge
We chose our property primarily because of its LOCATION. The unit itself has an upgraded site, as it sits right on the Fraser Wetlands. This provides spectacular water and mountain views right off of our balcony. We also chose this location because it is located right in the heart of downtown Winter Park. It is within walking distance of Hideaway Park, which is host to many music festivals, fairs and other fun events. The park also has a fun sledding hill for kids (young and old) in the winter. Our condo is also within walking distance of convenient ski shuttles, restaurants, ice-skating and shops. The complex, unlike many others, has an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, work-out room, grill, fire pit, and a beautiful community room.

We just love our property! We love sitting on our balcony in the warmer months and listening to the Fraser River as it rushes by our unit. In the winter, we look out the windows and see beautiful picturesque mountain views. Within the condo itself, we really enjoy all the lavish upgrades, such as the granite counters, stainless appliances, radiant floor heating and the stone fireplace. We always love coming to a new, immaculate and peaceful home. We have worked hard, and paid attention to many details so you will love too.

The listing was very accurate with good pictures. We really appreciated the pack and play and Xbox! The view was awesome and the weather was wonderful! The condo was immaculate and decorated nicely. The Winter Park summer activities were so much fun, and Hideaway Park was great for our 3 year old son to burn off some energy! Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful home!!!

Great accomodations, very spacious and well appointed and organized. We loved being able to sit outside in the morning enjoying the sound of the river, the sun and the view. The best located building at Trailhead. Close to the pool and hot tub, which we used daily. Felt like I was at a home away from home.

We absolutely fell in love with this condo during our stay in early January 2011. The location is so convenient to everything in downtown Winter Park and we could be at Winter Park resort in just a few minutes. My kids loved the bunk beds and the proximity to the sledding park right out the front of the condo complex. The ski closet in the front was great for allowing our clothes and gear to dry out and warm up for the next day. Everything was beautifully decorated and we never ran out of any essentials (i.e. towels, toilet paper, paper towels). It was bitterly cold in Winter Park the days we were there, but the condo was always warm and cozy-a great place to come back to after hitting the slopes all day. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for beautiful accomodations and a great way to introduce our two girls to snow skiing!

we arrived home from a wonderful Christmas in Winter Park - what can I say about your rental "nothing- Nothing but Awesome! It was everything you described and more! New and fresh property The Christmas tree was the crowning touch. "Your attention to detail" was very much appreciated. Everything was in walking distance or shuttle available. We will definitely stay again on our next trip. We would like to come in the summer sometime. We will recommend your property to all our friends. THANKS for helping make our stay in Winter Park so GREAT!!!

I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. Of all the buildings in the complex, building 5 is the best situated, being right by the river, and your condo on the back side of the building is in the best position. We really enjoyed the sound of the river coming through the windows, especially at night. Although the condo is technically in town, it had a real away-from-it-all feeling with the views of the river and mountains out every window and from the balcony. And the condo is beautifully decorated and totally kitted out with everything anyone would need. We'll definitely want to stay there again the next time we visit Winter Park. Thanks for everything!
