Located in a private 3/4 acre beach front compound with one other home, is our sweet but roomy tropical two bedroom home conveniently located below highway km 107 near Vista del Mar (not in Spa) which is Buena Vista's best beach for swimming, diving and snorkeling.
Our home has nice Cortez views, and covered patio with fabulous hammock to relax in. Beautiful Spanish style furniture, recliner and built in (30" wide ) daybeds give plenty of places to lounge inside with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room for your convenience. All tile throughout, TV, CD and DVD also has full house A/C for the summer months keep it very comfortable.
Coco palms, mango, orange and banana trees can be found in a beautiful private garden setting, clean and quiet. Many birds enjoy visiting our garden and Jose does a great job keeping the flowers in bloom. This is a great home at a great price located one row back from the beach with access by stairs located about 300 feet in front. Dive shop with certified instructors and boat charters are located just to our south at Vista Sea Sport and offer really fun dive trips, fishing trips, sea kayak and snorkel rentals.
Our excellent long term staff Jose Verdugo Ruiz and his wife Angelita Fiol Ortiz are included a minimum of twice weekly to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. Jose is on the grounds every day, they can help get you settled in, and can call cabs, do laundry along with the house and garden work and attend to your every need. Babysitting is also no problem with our great and experienced staff. SKY satellite TV, Telephone on site and free DSL with desk give you a place to carry on business in paradise. We love our casita and have many excellent references and return guests.

My husband and I spent two months this spring in unit number 4 at Casas de Cortez. We couldn't be happier with the casa. It was plenty big for the two of us and the open living area is very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and accommodating and the proximity to the beach was awesome. The property sits on a hill over the beach and the sea can be seen from the patio. The weather was very pleasant with a sea breeze and we only need the air conditioning a few evenings. The beach is down a stairway and it is beautiful. Great for morning walks, and snorkeling. The beach is never crowded and most days we had the whole beach to ourselves. We tried most of the restaurants in Buena Vista and Los Barreles. The Hotel Calafia which is a short walk from the casa is excellent, and Tia's for breakfast is fantastic. Vista Sea Sports next door offers fishing, snorkeling, diving and kayaks. The are very accommodating We walked all around the area and were quite impressed with the friendliness of the all of the people we met. If you want to relax, slow down and enjoy a vacation we would highly recommend this casa.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
