Its "key west" decor will take you back in time to the easy life style of early Florida making it the perfect retreat!
This adorable Florida cottage, located in historic Frangista Beach in Destin, is less than 100 yards across the street from the beach with easy beach access (deeded beach access). Although it has been remodeled, it maintains the charm and appeal of a 1950's era cottage -- small and cozy with a large beautiful private pool. The one story home has separate entrances to the bedrooms which are comfortably furnished for your total relaxation and enjoyment. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofas, flat screen TV, dining area and eat-at breakfast bar. Plenty of private parking. Lush landscaping compliments the cottage look of The Guest House. And we offer DISCOUNTED GOLFING at one of Destin's most prestigious golf courses! (Requires three day (3) advance notice for tee time.)
The Guest House remains in history as the last part of the Old Frangista Beach Apartments built by John and Ruth Nitsos in the 1950's. The Frangista Beach community was named in honor of Mr. Nitsos' hometown of Frangista, Greece. Treat yourself to a tour of this historic neighborhood including the "Saint Nicholas by the Sea Chapel" also built by John Nitsos and located in the Frangista Beach community on Daytona Street.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!!!!! Small dogs are allowed with pet deposit (maximum 2).
Smoking is limited to the outside area. The primary person renting must be 25 years old unless special arrangements are authorized by owner's written consent.
