This villa is perfectly situated on the Dutch Side of the island and only a short distance from Philipsburg (downtown) capitol on the Dutch side and a short car ride to the famous Orient Beach. The Dutch side offers you fantastic night life and casinos while the French side offers you great dining and wonderful beaches.
