Fully furnished house on beautiful Lake Arrowhead. 110 ft of waterfront with sandy beach area for swimming and sunbathing. Long dock is great for sunbathing and diving into the lake. It's the perfect place for families with young kids/teens and singles looking for quiet get-away. Lots of living space inside with fully applianced kitchen with separate eating area and living area off kitchen. Another large family room with a sectional sofa, tv, dvd player provided. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and a master suite on 2nd floor with King bed, full bath and balcony with view of lake. Additional sleeping is available on a set of bunk beds in a separate room in the basement and there is a pullout double bed sofa in sunroom.
2 Kayaks and 1 canoe are provided for your use on the lake with lots of coves and bays to explore. The water is great for swimming and fishing. There is a swing, picnic table and plenty of lawn chairs to relax by the lake and a fire pit with wood provided for night time fun. We're close to the beautiful Maine coast (35 minutes to Kennebunk and Ogunquit); under 60 minutes to downtown Portland and North Conway, NH/White Mountains.
