I'm currently retired and enjoy renting my condo as a part time. My wife & I take very good care of our properties and enjoy working on this industry since 2005.
We live about 30 minutes from our vacation condo in Miami Beach.
Our building was closed for remodeling for ~ 2 years but is now opened for business.
