This resort is the perfect setting for families of all ages. Bear Trap provides shuttle service to and from Bethany Beach.

The community of Bear Trap offers 2 outdoor pools with life guards, baby pool, guarded heated indoor pool, exercise facility, saunas, hot tub, five clay tennis courts and basketball courts.

Enjoy 27 holes of championship golf, Pro shop, driving range, “Difebos” golf club restaurant and bar, open to the public for casual dining (lunch or dinner) Visit the “Cub Den” for snacks and sandwiches for those times lounging by the pool.

For the little ones, there is a wonderful tot-lot. Enjoy plays, or musical entertainment in the ampi-theater located just in front of the clubhouse.

Bear Trap Dunes is minutes away from the “Quiet Resort” of Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, tax-free outlet centers, Lewes-Cape May ferry, water sports, fishing beaches, nature areas, state parks, and just 7 miles from Ocean City, Maryland.

Our Townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The first floor master bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, private full bath, 2 sink counter, and a walk-in closet.

The second guest bedroom also has a queen size bed with a shared full bath with a pair of separated sinks and a closet. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds, walk-in closet, and shares a full bath with bed room 2.

Our lovely open living area provides a gas fireplace for those cold months, a big screen TV with cable, and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with room for 8.

A sliding door that leads to an open deck with a pond view. Also, an enclosed porch for eating or just relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, and also provides a full size washer and dryer in the laundry area.

We have parking for 1 vehicle on the driveway and plenty of parking on the street. Ocean View, Delaware is 2 1/2 hours from Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia
