Casa La Selva, is a unique home, located in the most beautiful and quiet area of Samara, surrounded by lush jungle; nearby monkeys and colorful birds will bring Costa Rica's wealth of nature right to your doorstep. Relax and enjoy the privacy, the natural environment; a paradise for nature lovers. Samara beach is only 5 minutes away from the house (20 minutes walking).
The house has 2 stories and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a complete kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, open dining / living room, high tropical wooden ceilings and spacious terraces around the house with views to the jungle.
On the main floor are the master bedroom with one queen size bed with private bathroom, the second bedroom has one queen size bed and a shared bathroom. On the second floor; is the loft, there is the 3rd bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a single bed, it has also a private balcony.
The house sleeps 8 or 9 guests. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and hot water in the bathrooms.
Outside the house is the swimming pool surrounded by the lush tropical garden, where you can cool off and relax.
This house has an alarm system, security guard at the entrance of the community, safe, laundry area, furniture, linens and towels are provided.
Maid service 1 per week, daily maid service upon request.

Why the Owner Chose Samara
We selected the pacific coast on the advices of friends who lived there. The Guanacaste is less humid than the rest of Costa-Rica which offers the best vacation area all year round. Samara is a small village that offers the best quality of family activities and just big enough to accomodate all needs. The beach is safe and clean all the time, and is known to be one of the safest beach on the pacific coast.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our property is on a small road towards Buena vista beach. It was constructed in 2007, with new furnitures, appliances, etc. The surrounding forest with a wide variety of trees offers at sight colorful birds, flowers and monkeys. It's at walking distance to Samara so it's perfect for people who want to do activities and beaches, or for other who just want to relax by the pool in a wonderful environment.
